The best experience buying a car ever. After searching for the right car AND the right place, I was extremely happy with Mr. Cooney. Finding Concord Motorsport was a blessing. It is a painless process when honesty and full disclosure is part of the process. I immediately felt at ease and gained a sense of trust. The vehicle was not only priced right, it left the shop fully serviced (and then some) and I can rest at ease. We have a safe & reliable car for the family which will last us many years (and miles). Quick look around the shop, and it is easy to tell Concord Motorsport is quite particular about the vehicles they bring in for sale. A business to be proud of and it shows.

Absolute worst experience I've ever encountered with a high end service center.
After waiting weeks to hear a progress report on my vehicle status there were mixed messages between techs, and service department. Could not get there story straight. Then proceeded to tell me they couldn't figure out what was wrong, when I went to pick up my vehicle there were more problems them before. I am now forced to bring it to A REAL state of the art facility that can service my car's simple misfire light, that now is turned into a AWD malfunction light and disengaged traction control light
With all the so called experience and and up to date software they claim to have they made me wait weeks for a NEW COMPUTER SOFTWARE SYSTEM UPDATE, they are very misleading. Do yourself a favor and research your problems and take it to a place that shows compassion in there work, and care about there costumers concerns
Very poor service, unacceptable communication, and all around disappointment

I had been looking for a 2003 M5 for many months and came across one here at Concord with 90K miles. I ended up buying the car and it is in great shape. If you are looking for a very pristine car that has been looking over this is the place they don't sell crap and take pride in the cars they sell. I am sure you will find one cheaper, lower miles but you wont find a better overall car. I highly recommend this place.
