Huge mall compared to most Simon centers in the United States, has a variety of stores for shopping for clothing, shoes, eating, etc. A lot of seasonal decorations were added to the mall to spice up the Christmas spirit which I really like. Parking is very expansive which helps during peak times for shopping, especially in this time of the year. Overall, great mall.

Great mall. Huge mall though. Be prepared to do some walking. This mall has something for everyone. I made the mistake of going the week before Christmas and while it was chaotic, it was still navigable. I highly recommend this mall. Great outlet stores!!

I had some friends to come in from out of town and we met at Dave and Busters. We we're seated and waited for another 15 minutes and had to ask the hostess if someone was coming to take our drink order. We were in the bar part so that's what confused us about the service. I have really had better service at this place so I won't let this isolated experience make me fail them completely.

Love this mall. Lots of stores. Great food court. The big circle layout is good too. No matter where you start you don’t have to back track. Just keep walking and shopping.

I recently visited this mall to check out the American Eagle. I was shocked at how beautiful this place is. It is huge and there are so many stores and restaurants. Restrooms were awesome which is typically something that malls fail at. Great place to spend an afternoon shopping. Will definitely be coming back.

We like this mall a lot. Great place to find almost everything you need. Decent food places though there could be better variety.

The mall has so much to offer, but I have to be careful the day and time of day I go due to large crowds and no parking options. You can spend all day and all your money here! The in-house movie theater is nice. Accessible parking and entrances were not a problem.

Great mall for anyone! Even if you don't go shopping, there are many other forms of entertainment. I've seen Concord Mills adapt over the past 20 years, and it's just a place that has always had something to offer. Great shopping place, great for entertainment, and great choices for food in the mall and around the mall.

Busy at the best of times yet they keep removing parking spots for the old speed park, then restaurants (right in front of an entrance) and now valet parking - about 100 spots which are mostly empty. Now to find a spot you have to walk on the road since there are no sidewalks between the mall entrance and the back-40 parking. Add to this the valet kiosk blocking traffic - in the fire lane. This is not customer-friendly and has become unsafe.

Awesome mall. Nice layout. Just wanted to add to this review. Been back several times. Nice mall overall. Everyone on staff in the stores, at the food court and mall staff is very helpful. Really good selection of stores. Plus a nice food court.

Not an outlet mall, although there are some outlet stores inside. I'd call it more of an "entertainment mall." Safe as malls go and a wide variety of stores you don't commonly find in other malls.

I love the variety of stores & eateries. I think there can be better signage to show where the stores are inside & outside. You do a lot of walking if you don't know where to park for direct access to the smaller stores with no outside access.

one of the best miles for miles and miles around by far. cannot think of a store or item you cannot find in this place. it is huge and very well kept. fantastic shops and best of all a Pro Bass shop. we make the hour drive to this place quite often

This is a typical Mills shopping center with lots of factory outlet stores. Wear comfortable walking shoes. Traffic to get into the mall can be heavy, but overall a decent mall once you get inside.

Concord Mills has renovated the mall. There are new places to eat at the Food Court & other stand along restaurants. You can easily spend a day here just shopping. However, there is a movie theater, Aquarium & go carts if you want to do something else. It can get really crowded on weekends. I tend to go during the week and refuse to go anytime after Black Friday. If you love crowds & Christmas madness you will love it. Lots of good deals but not for impatient people.
