A nice ride that lasts about an hour. Very informative, and the tour guide was funny. A nice way to see the town, and makes a few stops for some

Despite having problems with coordinating this tour, Andy went above and beyond to remedy the issue and resolved everything to the best of his ability. Thank you for all your effort and support!

Not a "guided" tour of Key West and very pricey at $30. Could not hear guide, seats are very tight with no leg room. Also not a "hop on hop off" bus. Only a few stops which were not convenient. Purchased tickets on the ferry thereby having to wait in the terminal until we all loaded the train about 40 minutes after leaving the ferry, then spending an hour on the train before we could get off to walk to our hotel. No reason to spend your money on this one. There are other "hop on - hop off" buses for less money and more convenient. This train also avoided the area near the terminal which has some very interesting little shops. I have noticed many other reviews with the same complaints and they are told to apply for a refund on line. Unfortunately, our tickets were purchased on the ferry (only accepted cash) and we do not have any "used or unused" ticket portions to submit.

The Conch Train is recommended to get a good feel of the history of Key West. It is highly recommended. We had the train trip with "Big B" who was a wonderful tour guide. He was very friendly and answered all our questions after the trip. Thanks "Big B"!

Yeah yeah yeah tourist trap I know. So, here's the thing. This little guy can be used to get around the area and see a lot of things you may otherwise miss. The information is pretty cool too. There's a gift shop that has pretty much anything you'll need (including restrooms) and it gives you a chance to take photos of the area without having to worry about face planting off the edge of a side walk or getting ran over by a moped!
