I called the Chatham’s Small Animal Hospital this morning as my guinea pig was very sick. They found time to fit her in today, for a late afternoon (after work) appointment no less. Unfortunately, my guinea pig didn’t make it through the car ride to the hospital, which I didn’t realize until we took her out and put her on the table. The staff was kind and patient, making the painful process much easier. I really appreciated their kindness, and will be taking in my other guinea pig for a check up soon.

The staff and doctors have been wonderful as we've worked through diagnosing a complex and relatively rare disease with my dog, including working with me to help keep down long term costs for his care. Not only that, their prices for supplies (heartworm, flea and tick drops, etc) are reasonable and competitive with retail and web outlets.

We have been going to this practice over 12 years now. The staff and Doctors are wonderful. Our dog is now a senior and still receives excellent care. All the staff cares about you and your pets.

The doctors and staff at Chatham Small Animal Hospital are, without a doubt, the best in the area. Any time I'm in there with my pup they take exceptional care of her, are always extremely friendly, and truly make you feel like you're family.

Their pricing is fantastic, too. I've been quoted double and sometimes triple than what Chatham Small Animal Hospital has given me, and each time their work is superior. This is the ONLY vet in the area that I'll bring my dog to, and you should too.

Poor customer service. Poor diagnostic services. Disrespectful owner. Literally the worst costumer service experience of my life. My pet was not treated properly for her medical condition which cost us hundreds of dollars in diagnostics. After refusing a $38 hospitalization fee for services my dog did not receive it was requested that I not return after over 10 years of bringing my pets to Dr. Bilinski's practice. I'm happy to not be returning there.
