Dan has been such a pleasure to work with! When the other aspects of this project have been met with a total lack of communication, he has been responsive, thorough and incredibly polite even when I was probably a little kooky from the stress of being out of my house. He should be promoted.

Our townhouse had extensive water damage from the ceiling, through the walls and floors due to an intensive monsoon in July 2020. Our insurance company was unresponsive, so we directly engaged Dan and Concept Restoration to remove damaged drywall, ceilings and insulation. They also brought in fans to dry out the house and prevent mold. We truly appreciated their professionalism and rapid response to our emergency. In addition to the hard work, Dan provided very useful advice for dealing with our insurance company and HOA. They provided many photos that helped document the water damage and their remediation work. We highly recommend Dan and Concept Restoration.

Remodeled a home built in the 70s that consisted of asbestos. I called Concept from a recommendation - they came out next day, inspected, and provided a quote to remove all drywall and insulation. They showed up on time, were very clean, communicated well and wrapped up the work on time per the schedule. Great service - great people and great value.

After my experience with Dan and his Team at Concept Restoration, everyone should have his number in their phones. Having never experienced water damage before, I was not prepared for what can happen so quickly. At 10:30pm I found water on my Wood Floors, turned off the Water to the house and started calling restoration companies with one hand and mopping up water with my other. The first company didn't answer so I went to the next one. After talking to Dan, he said his Team would be there in about 1-1/2hrs with everything they needed. By 2:30am I had about 20+ fans and 5 Dehumidifiers going and for the next week
they were there daily to check on the progress of drying out my Wood Floors. Dan and his Team did an exceptional job and I would, and have, recommended him to my friends. I'm so glad the first company didn't answer the phone.
