It is in your best interest to avoid this place at all costs. Their fees are outrageous and they have zero accountability. First off, a my accounts had a levy put on them under their watch. My case file had been handed off to so many different people no one knew what to do. They lied to the state representative in my name. Oh, and their employees couldn’t get my name right. They couldn’t get the power of attorney form correct. One of the worst mistakes I have made in my life was signing up for their ‘service”. Easily one of the worst professional experiences of my life. I’m so glad to be done with them.

I never sign up their service. However, they charge me for no reason. I don't even know how they get me card information. After calling them for hours and couples times disconnections during transferring call, they found someone(not relative to me) used my card to pay the services. The surprising is the transaction goes through without checking any information from that person.

Daniel Franklin Service Experience Master was amazing holding my hand thru this very stressful time with IRS. Even when I called in a panic attack few times he and his very calming voice explained to me what was and was not!!!

Jeffrey Constien Practitioner was equaling amazing working my case, for over a year until he got the settlement he thought I deserved. It was better outcome than I had hope for. GREAT JOB.
