  The customer service is excellent, they have a wonderful knowledge of quality jewelry and how to fix, repair and maintain it over time. I brought my very expensive Citizen Watch in to have the band adjusted which required specialized equipment, and they were able to help me with the whole process in a timely fashion. I would recommend this store to anyone, they are not pushy and take a personal interest in your unique needs as a customer.

  I am a very satisfied customer! I’ve taken priceless and one of a kind pieces to them to have modified for more modern day wear. They also helped me in locating a custom sapphire for my engagement ring. I feel very comfortable taking my jewelry to them and highly recommend!
