Rooms were fine. Staff wasn’t. The housekeeping staff was literally talking trash about my friends and I, right before we left, and heard through the door. Apparently 6 of us leaving at the same time is too much for them. We took this trip for a weekend away from our adult lives and to have fun. But to be treated the way we were when we left is ridiculous and unprofessional. We spent an extra $50 for a small ass jacuzzi tub too. but in all, the staff was not nice to us at all. The only nice one was the lady who helped me at breakfast on Saturday morning. Will not be coming back.

I was hoping that when our group arrived that they had the room correct. 5 to one room. Fixed that. Two in one room, three in the other. No cot for the room of three. I was told it was all taken care of. No cot available. Not enough towels. Key cards didn’t work either. Needed to be reprogrammed more than once.

it was very clean , reasonably priced, room very clean, had everything you could want. Only one complaint. when we arrive about 9:30 PM, There was a young couple outside front door smoking, fooling around. came in no one was at the desk. went to our room, had our keys, because we had check in before going to wedding
Came to lobby about 10:30 looking for soda machine. The same young couple that was out side, were now making out on sofa in lobby. She said are you looking for me? which lead me to believe she worked there and was the desk clerk. she give me direction to snack room. I am sorry. but this is so unacceptable for an employee to be doing this in the front lobby, durning work hours. Was going to mention it to manager. But none was available? this is not good PR for the company or a good picture to present to.your guest when they arrive.
We have stayed in many comfort inns all over the country
always good experience. But found this to be in appropriate.response / report this review -

The hotel is a convenient location for us, and the room was very clean. The price was reasonable and the customer service was great! We have stayed here in the past and will continue to on future trips.

Clean, quiet (except for one couple in the executive sweet), fresh waffles for breakfast, turkey hill vending machines for your late-night chocolate milk fix. Honestly better than I expected.

The rooms were very clean and service was great. I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Stayed there for more than 4 months in couple of visits to New Holland. The staff were very friendly and so was the General Manager Bonnie. Also their morning breakfast was delicious.

We have been coming here for almost 20 years for our Retread Rally. It is one of the best motels we have stayed at.

Staff literally talked trash on my friends and I who were staying the weekend. We could hear them RIGHT OUTSIDE the door talking about us. Very rude! Never staying at this location again. Also! Jacuzzi advertises much bigger than the actual size. Not any bigger than my tub at home.

We had a great stay. The overnight guy who checked us in at midnight was wonderful. Very courteous and helpful. Yummy yummy breakfast. Everything was clean and comfortable in the room.

EXCELLENT everything! Customer service, house keeping, even other guest! Will definitely be back. Everyone is so friendly, felt like home away from home. Thanks for a great relaxing stay!
