  This is a very hard review to write because I have had these guys do about 3 jobs of large tree removals over the last year and a half. The first two jobs they did a great job greatly priced fast and friendly. Not a very good clean up afterward but nothing a broom and shovel couldn’t fix. So those jobs are easily 4-5 stars.
  Now unfortunately the last job I have had them do was very disappointing. It was remove a very large cottonwood and trim another in the backyard. Good price and they did a good job at actually “removing” the tree but it’s everything else surrounding it fell completely short. I was told my fence would be takin down to get machines in the yard and they would put it back. Instead they cut the fence out of place and didn’t put it back.(hopefully they come today and possibly bracket it into place) even tho my landscaping isn’t the nicest it was destroyed. Piles of dirt everywhere huge divets from the machines tire marks and edging torn up landscaping rock just out of place and some other problems . I was told if we were worried about landscaping he wouldn’t have takin the job in the first place.
  I had multiple sprinkler lines broken. I can understand one due to it being underground and them stump grinding the huge stump. But I had two lines broken near the fence that are actually visible but no care to protect them. A green sprinkler box got crushed in the back yard and a couple of my large flagstone are shattered. We were told we had a stellar price and he assumes no responsibility for any of it and was under the impression we’re are redoing the yard and fence anyway.
  I can deal with some “dirtiness” I understand it’s a messy job. But after giving them around 10-12k in the last year for work and being a repeat customer I was expecting for a little more respect towards my property
  It’s very unfortunate that we live in a time where these guys are stacked with work so their customer service drops because at the end of the day they have jobs and no longer care for repeat customers. It just sucks they treated me well at the beginning but just appear to not care at the end.

  Very professional and genuine arborists. Get the job done quickly with a pristine clean up. Very fair quotes and genuinely great people.
