was having issues with an older collar. Dogtra direct was not much help. Called up collar clinic, Paul was a huge help. Put the order in right away, sent a new collar free shipping priority mail came in two days. Sent my collar back for trade in, gave me a fair price and literally called me the day they received it in the mail. The customer service here is outsanding. A great experience. Highly recommend this company

I have had occasion to use collar clinic's services twice in the last couple of years. Both times, the efficiency, thoroughness and reasonableness of their service was extraordinary. I would not hesitate to recommend. They are the best!
