Needs a reliable number for each department. Workers don't seem to care about there jobs,because to they always speak and react like they are mad. It's horrible if they we're at my job they would have been let go

Let me tell you a story that sums up this entire place.
It was 8am on May 1st, 2017. I was summoned to participate in jury duty that morning. I had lost my summons that I received in the mail, but the lady at the front desk at the Jury Assembly Room kindly asked for some ID so she can find my summons on the computer. I forgot my wallet, but luckily I had my handy dandy U.S. Passport Card on me (paid extra for it).
As she was writing down my summons reference number, it somehow made sense to her to ask me "Are you a US citizen?".
2 things here
1. I just handed her my U.S. passport card my proof of citizenship.
2. What is the whole point of my being there if I was not a citizen? Jury duty is a citizen's duty.

The DWJBA which is the office that resides within this building and oversees it ,its disappointing to find a company that is ran by a Board of Commissioners who over see one of the most important Buildings in the City of Detroit do not see and or allow the continued business practices to take place right within their own office . This division for the longest seems to not able to keep their Administrative position filled on a stable consistent basis and over the past years seems to continually out source temp agencies to fill the position only to let a person go after a few/several months once the office manager no longer cares for them . Their record continues to show that the position cannot stay filled not because there are not qualified applicants being put into this position but yet because the office manager who has been labeled as difficult , controlling ,over bearing and makes it very difficult for someone to work in this position along with making it hard for a person to learn or grow in the position the office manager has been labeled as only teaching or allowing a person in the position to do the bare essentials and not training or allowing the person to learn/participate in all the aspects in which the job description entails, it's stated that its as if she does not want the person in this position to grow/succeed or stay long term and intentionally does things to see if a person will break and give her a reason to have them let go , seems to be that whom ever is placed in this position she seems to eventually take some type of disliking to them and or have some kind of clash with them along with reporting or giving updates to the Commissioners on the person who holds the position to make it seem as if the person is not necessarily qualified enough or able to handle the position well which results in the position no longer being filled. Employees who have worked in this position and currently throughout the building also report of daily being subjected to the unethical business practice of having to listen to and watch the office manager and property manager( whom in which is a representative and employee of the Hines Property management company) on a daily basis whisper and talk about other employees,Directors, The Mayor , The Mayors Staff , Judges, City Council Members and others within the City of Detroit/Wayne County in very unprofessional ,personal and unethical ways, employees have stated how the property manager with Hines and the office manager daily/some times several times a day walk throughout the office as well as going into the property managers office closing doors whispering , laughing and talking about others to whom they work with in very creul ways.You would think that a Board of Commissioners who sit in this position and are entrusted to over see many levels of business would be able to see what is taking place in their own back yard , but for some reason it seems that the office Manager calls the shots within the division and whatever she says go. Employees report of on a daily being subjected to listening to The office manager and property manager from Hines yell , shout and curse about people daily cursing and continually talking about others through out the City of Detroit and Wayne County in which they should be expected to keep a professional business decorum with and for. Its disappointing to see that a Board of Commissioners who are entrusted by the City of Detroit and Wayne County to over see and run a organization are allowing such chaos ,disorganization and continued unsteadiness to take place within their own office. It seems as if they use people up and then throw them away or if they don't use people up they are talking about the employees who are there daily dedicating themselves to their positions unethically behind their back, along with if the office manager clashes with a person or does not like them for personal reasons of her own, the Board of Commissioners allows her to discard of an employee at her leisure .

Amazingly awful customer service in person and by phone. So sad to know that the supervisors of each department dont do anything to make customer service better. Inexperienced employees, you can tell that they dont know what they are doing and they are not there to help you any sort of way. They are just there to take your money. I was speaking to a lady on the phone to see how can i solve my problem and mean while i was still speaking all of a sudden I don't hear a response, well I was connected to another lady without me knowing and all she had to say was that the lady who i was speaking too had to take her lunch. I understand she had to take her lunch but why answer in the first place or she should of let me know at least. Thats why Detroit can get back on its feet, because of people like them. I love Detroit but wish People would do better.

Terrible experience today at the courts. Employees take lunch at the same time and close down the office for an hour. How crazy is that? If you have six employees, then let three go to lunch while the other three continue to work towards getting the 50 customers out. Gee how hard is that. SMH

Court waiting time was great. But I think they need more than operators. Was on hold the first time for 30 minutes and 45 for the second call. Ridiculous
