They have bidders that run the price up so things sell for more. Want proof? Look how many items pop back up for sale a week or two later. Also they charge the seller a %to sell, then the buyer the same fee when they buy. Sold something for $382 on here and barely got $275 for my item. They made almost $200 on my one item due to buyer and seller fees

If you pay online or cash they want a copy of your drivers license and your finger print. If the item is small you must find it yourself. If the item is large, you wait and wait for someone to assist. The guys in the outside won't take time to help you. They tell you to go back inside and use the computer to find your items.

If you're a buyer, beware! Lots of shady stuff going on. Photos purposefully look like they were taken with a potato, to hide the real condition of things. Lots of fees, some obvious, some hidden in pages of fine print. Instead of charging the seller of the item to list it as most auctions do, this place charges the buyer. So everything is 20% more than the actual price. Even if you pay for it promptly they'll tack on storage fees, anything they can think of. Fees to pay by credit card. Fees to pay by check. There's probably a fee somewhere for being a carbon-based life form. Expect whatever you're buying to cost a lot more by the time you're out the door. When you pick up a purchase, they scan your identification each time, take finger prints, make you sign multiple things. Literally going to prison probably involves less paperwork. HOWEVER, if you're a shady seller looking to get more than your item is worth, by selling it in a manner which hides its condition, this place is probably exactly what you're looking for! On the bright side, the staff is all quite kind and cheery, probably because they're making money hand over fist.

You'll be extremely lucky if you find a deal here. Although one man's trash is another man's treasure. Be prepared to pay out the nose for their commission, seller costs and buyer costs. The smart person drops off their trash here, and will not expect much in return. Good luck!
