I called to schedule a appt. to get mud flaps installed on my 2014 Ram, I was quoted at $100 for all four installed. Called Henkel and the same job was quoted $65 dollars for all four installed. Mind you I already have bad blood with this dealership over me buying my used Ram there. When i test drove the vehicle there were ALL the mats in the bed of truck along with Weather Techs the saleman added to the deal. A day later when I came back to buy the truck the weather tech mats were in the front and back mat was in the cab of the vehicle. So I was thinking the original mats I seen would be in the bed of the truck still, but when I got home they weren't there. I proceeded to call and tell them my issue and I was basically called a Liar. Arguing insued and they ordered me the correct factory mats for my truck. Then a few weeks of driving the truck I hear a knock noise from driver's front area so I took the truck in to get looked at and ofcourse the mechanic doesnt find anything. When I go to pick the truck up i notice there is a scratch on my drivers door panel about a inch long now. These guys don't care about the care of your vehicle or about you. The only good thing I can seem to find about this dealership is the parts lady is very polite and nice to talk to. This dealership has lost my business and I will never return again. Call around before you settle with this dealership on anything with your vehicle or buying.

Bought a Jeep that was perfect when I went to test drive it. Then after trying to buy it and waiting 4 hours after they said they would have it ready, I left with it and without even getting 10 min down the road everything stopped working on it. I told called my husband crying and we took it back after going in and telling them what was going on one of the guys smiles and say "oh yeah I knew that stuff had quit working, we will have to get it in to be serviced!" Still smiling. I was dumbfounded that he knew this and still let me leave the dealership with my 1 month old daughter and 2 year old son in the back seat and had no intentions of letting me know what was going on, until and turned the car around before even getting to my house and went back and complained. Still trying to figure out what's going on as of now I would rather get a different vehicle with them that's actually safe and doesn't make me worry about my family's safety and wellbeing, and be able to give them more stars later and update my review as of now I'm extremely upset and not very impressed.

I am a senior citizen who has purchased used cars from private
owners all of my life. I seldom if ever consider buying from a dealer. I found a vehicle of interest at Cole Chrysler on the internet and decided to see if they would take my current vehicle in trade. Over the three days that it took me to make a decision to buy the Cole vehicle, Andy B and DJ
worked with me to make the purchase happen. I experienced no high
pressure "make up your mind" sales tactics whatsoever. Both Andy and
DJ did convince me to drive the vehicle home (over 100 miles away) and keep it overnight. They assured me that if I didn't want it the next day, there would be no pressure to buy it. Andy, DJ and other Cole staffers kept their word and treated me with respect, dignity and non-judgment from start to finish. I felt that ultimately I got a legitimately good deal
and so far the 2016 Ford has met my expectations. Thank you Andy and

Saw an ad for a 2006 Saturn Ion. Upon going to check it out, the sales rep Drake, was very friendly and gave us space to inspect the car ourselves. We were able to test drive it on our own so there wasn't any added pressure to make the sale like some places. I felt like I was just making small talk with a regular person on the street instead of being another number in line. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. By the way, the car was everything I wanted and more. They made sure it was clean and put gas in the tank. Thank you so much!
