Store to sell and buy gaming, electronics, and disc golf items. If you sell them items they have to be in perfect condition and expect a low offer or none at all if they have the item in stock. You can find some diamonds 8n the ruff, but most items are over priced. $5 to $10 off used games and movies just isn't worth the risk. Buy new and save yourself the headache of having to go back multiple times. The one plus is their disc golf section. Average prices, but you can find some great deals in their used disc section.

I literally don't even want to give this place one star, my experience last night was so horrendous, and truthfully the time before wasn't so great either. I called around 3pm to ask when they stop taking stuff in, I had a laptop to sell. I told them this as I wasn't even sure they take laptops. They said they do, and that they stop taking at 8:30pm. We arrived at the store at 7:57pm. We were informed that laptops take 2-5 hrs to take because they have to do 2 resets. We drove almost an hour, why wasn't I informed of this on the phone? I asked that as I was pretty frustrated, there was a guy, (assuming management) sitting behind a computer, didn't look up, simply said, "I'm sure you were told that on the phone!" Very rude, implying that I was told that and what, basically decided to waste my time driving all the way there to argue and be treated as if I was inconveniencing them? My friend was with us, the reason I needed to take this in was because I have a family emergency up north and needed to get there. So she said she would go get a couple game remotes she had at her house and we could bring them in to help out. So we ran to her house which is literally 10 min away, we arrived back at 8:29pm according to my clock, the "manager guy" informed me that he stops taking trades at 8:30pm, and that it was now 8:31! I was shocked as he knew the situation, I hadn't been rude, I expressed my frustrations, but in a decent manner, and he was extremely pleased with himself. I was there on time, and seriously, one minute? So I wasted 2hrs of my time for nothing, just to be treated like they are too good for my business. I have spent a lot of money in this store, I won't be back. Clearly it's too much to ask for them to be informative and professional, so from now on I will take my business elsewhere. The last time I was there, I had a question and was also asking for help finding something and the girl with dark hair rolled her eyes and was short and snappy. Well I guess if you organized your store a bit you wouldn't have these problems! So thoroughly disgusting

Great store. I've been doing business with this place off and on since they first opened a few years ago. They've managed to get pretty big in just a short time. The people have always been helpful and friendly.

Great customer service!!!!!! Usually have what I am looking for. Their selection is great. I have purchased several items from movies to computers and everyone of my items work well. I don't understand the low star from some people. If you listen to the associate before you are handed your reciept they tell you the return policy. Also it is store policy not to accept buys after a certain time so to get mad at the associates is ridiculous. Maybe ask for help instead of waiting around like you are a princess. Try giving respect when the associates are just doing their jobs and following store policy that they did not make and maybe your experience would be a happier one.

Have been a loyal customer, but will no longer be bringing my business here. Brought in a few dvds and a couple blurays for trade in, was told they were in poor condition which was false. I have purchased dvds in worse condition than what I was trying to trade. Have noticed a downhill trend in general as far as customer service and pricing. Disappointed because I used to really enjoy shopping here, but like I said will not be returning.

This place has a wide selection of video games, music, and movies on a wide array of formats. The prices are awesome and there is something for everyone. Definitely worth the drive if you aren't in Battle Creek. I have never tried to trade or sell anything there so I cannot comment on that. They have tons of reasonably priced gaming accessories also. Also stuff for disc golf and probably some other things too that I may have not noticed because Im always focused on the huge selection of games. I never feel pressured or rushed there either which is good because there is a lot to see :)

I took in a ps2 and like 40 games that worked just fine same day. They tell me they will call, I come back an hour layer with no phone call and they were all done. Said ps2 isn't working and pretty much called me a liar when I told them the games haven't been played since I bought them from disc traders. Polite when buying stuff. Rude af when selling.

Music selection was VERY POOR, just one small rack, and all their prices started at $3.99 and up! Employees were nice enough but slow. Store was clean. About 55% games, 35% movies, 10% music/collectibles/other. This is part of the Disk Replay chain, so they still use those stupid stickers all over the CD cases; at-least all but one came off easily this time. A suggestion to the owners: your store is only labeled as a “CD store” on Google maps, you should relabel it to a “video game store”; you would get more search hits and that is clearly your target market.

Love stopping in here. I used to stop here every week and add to my movie collection. There prices are competitive with game stop. I always go here first when I'm looking for a game.

Excellent, professionally-run establishment. My favorite store of all-time. I've found many classic CDs and movies here. I like that the clerks don't hound you, but let you browse at your own pace. This place is heaven!

This is a great place to get inexpensive games. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and always makes sure we have everything we need. (As an added bonus: they're also usually cheaper than Game Stop or other similar stores.) We're a family of gamers, which means we shop there a lot, and we've never had a problem with any game they've sold us. Definitely give this place a shot. You'll be very happy you did.
