Lived there for several years and watched a few managers come and go. The last year there had great maintenance but the grounds looked like crap from the company that held the account. Had several of people entering the property that were not welcome “gated community” and there were even a couple of times someone was firing weapons in the apartments. Overpriced and if you look real close,you’ll find several issues with the buildings. The owners don’t give two squats about the tenants as I found out when money was taken from my apartment by an outside contracted source of pest control.
I do not recommend this property or ANY of this companies properties due their sorry office staff.

Honestly, the property is cute and the apartments are a decent size. Every complex comes with some kind of issues. The main issue with this property is bugs. A lot of bugs will be in your home someway some how. Management is aware of the issue and has someone coming to spray monthly, but that's not enough. I have never lived with roaches and I am from a big city. I have NEVER HAD A ROACH PROBLEM UNTIL I MOVED HERE. The roaches are even outside the property it's like gross honestly. Anyone who knows me know that I hate bugs with a passion. So if it's not roaches, it's some kind of gray looking bug that sticks to the walls. So I spend a lot of my time killing bugs and roaches. My two year old daughter almost stepped on a roach as she was helping me pack up our apartment to move out of here. I could've freaking died at that moment because that is extremely nasty. I am still packing as we speak but I started taping my boxes because I didn't want to leave the boxes open just in case some bugs happen to make there way into my boxes . Second issue is maintenance, maintenance is ok. But, I found myself calling them repeatedly for the same issues, leaking pipes or the garbage disposal not working. If I call one time the issue should be fixed to where I don't have to call again for the exact some issues repeatedly or later on down the line. One more thing about maintenance is they are allow to enter your home if you're not there if it's a work order put in. Me personally I feel as if it's an invade of privacy. For instance what if I am sleeping and don't hear maintenance knocking on the door or in the shower and don't hear the knock of the door, they can still enter and I won't even know they're there. If it isn't an emergency but a simple work order that can wait then it needs to wait until someone is home before maintenance enters the home. I don't know about most people I leave a lot of personal things out around my home because it's my home so I feel as if I can leave whatever I want laying around, that's the issues that comes into play with maintenance. That's the same for the exterminator that comes out monthly . He can enter as well if you're not there to spray and most of the time maintenance nor the exterminator don't leave any kind of notice that they were ever in your home. The property is ok, it's just some things that I feel can be corrected.

I have lived here since last December. The staff has always been friendly, anything I requested they met my needs and beyond. And when my little dog got out Management took care of her until they found me. I have owned a house for the last 19 years and love living in an apartment . Yes you have to get used to the people upstairs , I like that management has the same values as I do, to keep the place clean and keep people from destroying the beautiful property. At first, it seemed like a nice place. When we moved in the carpet was really cheap and had actual bare spots in it, but the manager had it replaced before we moved in. We could still see the shiny under-grid in the carpet because it was just low quality. We just ignored it. The air conditioner broke three times over the 6 months we were there, but was fixed within a few hours each time. One of the times they weren't going to fix it and we would have been stuck in 90 degree heat all night, but we finally got a hold of the right maintenance person.

A nice thing about living here was the walls seemed to be pretty thick, we hardly heard the newborn next door. The pool was nice. The grounds were decently clean. We always had a bit of trash around our stairwell though. The staff seemed friendly.

However, toward the end, we had several new move-ins and our neighbors would light the grill on their second-story porch with really high flames, routinely, and leave it unattended, we complained to the management but the problem still happened weekly. Below those neighbors, people moved in that pushed their kids out to their porch whenever they started screaming or crying. It went from being a peaceful place to a very stressful, loud, and uncomfortable place to live in the last few weeks we were there. Someone also moved in with a loud truck without a muffler or something that started it up early every morning. The noise was just too much.

When we moved out, I cleaned everything spotless. Literally. It was spotless. I cleaned every window blind individually, and then they pointed out an imaginary speck and said I had to pay $15 for the blinds. I asked them to point again what were they talking about and when they realized it was perfectly clean they tried to fast-talk me and move on to another room. It was only $15 so it wasn't worth fighting over but I didn't appreciate their dishonesty to my face. I looked it up later and you're only supposed to be charged for damage beyond normal wear, per landlord-tenant law, but they tell you they're charging you cleaning fees. Then those fees wouldn't be legit, but they know most people don't know and they want the money. You also must provide them a receipt that you professionally cleaned the carpets at move out and they gave me a flyer for some guy who never even showed up two appointments in a row. It was really frustrating. I'm expecting not to move back there when we get back to Georgia, but I'm not sure yet.
