I went in to look at cars they let me drive one without giving me problems providing for me the answers that I needed for my comparison shopping the salesman was a nice guy too

The buy one get one deal is not what it seems. You buy one car and get to have a free 2 year lease on another. I called to confirm the details before driving 75 miles one way to the dealership. When I get there I'm told that I won't get to own the car and it's only a lease. Very shady that they went around that part just to get me in the door. After I told the manager multiple times that I wasn't interested in a lease, he still tried to sell me and see what kind of car they could get me into. Such a shady place.

I had a wonderful experience at Sutherland Nissan. Fred my salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure he met the financial budget I was aiming for. I dealt with Malik in the finance department and he was informative and got me out of there quickly. I recommend Sutherland Nissan to anyone looking for a vehicle and a great experience.

My husband and I went in to buy two cars. 2017 altima and a 2017 Rouge. We felt as though the negotiator of price and closing was jerking us off and a at the end he told us the main manager would be in the following day to come back. We chose to go somewhere else and very disappointed. Long story short, we bought somewhere else. We felt horrible for the sales guy. He treated us professional and he was eager to help us.

I can't even begin to tell you how helpful and professional the service staff department is I haven't been dealing with Nissan for very long and my experience hasn't been great due to a completely different dealership which is reed Nissan but when I came to Sutherlin dealership the amount of help, support and professionalism I received from Ciara, Jim and there very knowledgeable technicians has been nothing short of 10 stars they did everything they could to help me with nothing to gain in return they genuinely care about customer satisfaction here I highly recommend this dealer ship these gentlemen and women are phenomenal.

Sutherland Nissan has poor service writers! I went in for an oil change and possibly other maintenance items. The service writer discussed my needs and wanted to charge me for nitrogen in my tires $49.95. I have nitrogen in my tires they never charged me for this before. I was going there since 2012. Then she left my car running for @ 10 minutes, so I went and asked her to turn my car off, she said "in a minute" so I asked for my keys, she left the key fob in the cup holder of my car anyone could have gotten in the car and drove off. They are imbeciles! Do yourself a favor go someplace else for service. They are to greedy and reckless.

The overall car buying experience was good. I would just like to say a word of caution about the financing and add ons when sign the contract. If the sales team hadn't worked as hard as they did to find the specific vehicle that my wife and I were looking for, we would have walked out. Not being happy with the financing we received, (no ones fault but my own for signing) I refinanced at a lower rate as soon as possible. Unfortunately to do so, you must have the permanent registration and called and waited with no response from anyone until I contacted Rosa Rodriguez. She was wonderful and managed to accomplish in 2 hours what could not be done in weeks. It is only because of her dedication and get it done work attitude that I am giving a 3 star review. As it stands now I am currently waiting for a call back to cancel my Gap insurance on a loan that has been paid off with no success. Hopefully Rosa can get this ball rolling also. I will post another review once this current issue has been resolved.

I was in the market for a mid sized truck and stopped by Sutherland Nissan in Ft pierce,fl. I was greeted by Tyler Jackson a sales rep that listened to what I was looking for and met all of my needs. Easy going experience with a solid team to ease the whole process of buying a vehicle. I would highly recommend Sutherland Nissan of ft pierce to friends and family 🖒

I came in on Saturday 4/29/17 and the soonest I parked I was greeted by Fred Ritter. He was very friendly and helpful as he directed to my friend Jennifer Kane. She also greeted with a great big smile. They both worked very hard to find the car of my choice as I wanted a manual speed. We talked as we knew each other for years. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles and all the features. Fred helped me connect my phone to the blue tooth and made sure I had a Pepsi after my test drive. I will highly recommend anyone who needs a car to contact this duo at Sutherlin Nissan in Fort Pierce. Thank you so much for helping me get a car I'm so happy to drive. Very friendly, knowledgeable, processional duo.Keep up the good work guys.

I have bought quite a few cars and I have to say this is the absolute best experiance I've had. No hidden fees straight up front pricing and no hassle with financing. I have a 540 credit score and they got me in a brand new car no problem. Germaine was great and gave me a great deal of attention until the sale was finalized. Now I get to drive the new hotness. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants good service and a great car.

The staff was incredible at Sutherlin in Fort Pierce! Jason Campbell in particular was outstanding, doing everything he possibly could to ensure a great car buying experience. From Jennifer to Rosa, all the way to the top with Javier and and Sean Hudson, the entire staff made you feel valued and like a member of their family. I would, and intend to, recommend anyone to this dealership. They will go above and beyond to meet your needs!

Sutherlin Nissan is amazing me and my sister bought two cars yesterday and it was an awesome experience. Rosa Rodriguez is the best salesperson she didn't push us and she actually listened to what we wanted. I would definitely go to her again in the future. If anyone is looking for a new car a would go there and I would go to her. She has the best personality. Totally relatable. Amazing at her job. She helped us so much especially it being our first time in a dealership. Hands down amazing.
