  Publix is the best supermarket chain in Florida, even if priced a bit higher. They are excellent for couponing!

  Publix is our preferred grocery although we do not usually go to this one. When waiting in line at 5:10pm at the service desk today an Afro American couple was also waiting. The lady was becoming very agitated about the wait (she was in the grocery line and I was in the lotto line.) Trying to be helpful I pointed toward the manager and told her he could help get more assistance. She then put her fist in my face and said I'll show you old man. I threatened to call 911 as she pushed in front of me in line. The clerk appeared to ignore the event. I am in my 70s and have a disability. This person was about 40. The event has greatly upset me as with my medical condition a blow to the face and fall could be fatal. I cannot shop at a store where I do not feel safe. I do shop at the Tradition and the Commerce Center stores where the employees are very aware of the happenings in the store.

  This Publix is the worst most of the employees including managers are so miserable that I hate going in there but it is less then 5 minutes away from my house the deli is so unorganized that you wait for ever to get waited on. When I have the time I go to Tradition Publix where the are a lot faster in the deli and always friendlier

  Really good. I needed help finding a few things and found 3 different employees who each found one of the items I had trouble with. Then one of them said "Take your time, Ma'am. It's raining like the Dickens out there." I was very impressed. I must say, I've noticed that Publix employees are always helpful, always polite and usually kind. Today was a banner day.

  Because I always welcome every one treat me first class and the setting of the store is wonderful .the fruits alway fresh no place like publix
