  Came here often until a couple of weeks ago. I was charged more then double for my services. When he was going to correct it he hid the receipt and asked for my card back. I asked to see it first and he hesitantly showed me. Instead of just refunding me the part that was owed back they refunded the whole thing then charged me full price again. Needless to say i wasn't happy about it but signed what i needed. As i was walking out the guy who messed up says to me "why so difficult?" So i asked why he needed to keep on when i was walking away and my back was turned. He continued on saying things but i left. It took not the 1 day he said it would to get my money back but 4 days. Unfortunately I will not be going back for and services. The situation could have been handled much better ex: handed me cash back from the drawer; explained the mistake instead of trying to hide it; not continuing to harass a regular customer as she is walking away and many other things i just didnt address in this review. It makes me nervous to try new places for eyebrows but coco nails has lost mine and my 2 daughters buisness!

  Tony and Katie are the bomb and they truly appreciate their customers. Coco Nails is the only place I go to get my nails done

  I went to Coco Nails last Thursday to get my nails done. I got the pink and white acrylic. I heard great things about coco nails and that's why I went to get my nails done there. I've had to stop going to the nail salon I used to go to because they're work was not coming out good anymore. My acrylic on the nail tips would start to rise after 4 days. and from what I know and have experienced of getting pink and white acrylic nails, is that they lasts longer Than just two weeks. The pink and white acrylic nails is my thing to get when I get my nails done because it's a classic. Looks beautiful and I don't have time to go every two weeks to get my nails and it's meant to last. So I decide to go try Coco Nails because I needed a new nail place to get my nails done, so I went to Coco Nails. And the pink Acrylic on the nails is already rising.???? Why??? I got my nails done with Katie when I went last week. And I told her my bad experience here in Fayetteville. She reassured me that I would be happy. So I felt ok let me try. I do want to say, that she did rush thru it. And she did not apply the primer after putting on the nail with glue. After she put the nails on m, she drilled them down and she just started putting on the acrylic. She did not put primer on before acrylic. I called yesterday around sometime after 6 pm i believe it was 6:30. And I asked for Katie because I wanted to let her know what was going on with my nails because she said if I had any problems to call her and I can come back and she would fix Nails for me free of charge. So I called yesterday and let her know that my tips were starting to rise. She asked me when Was the first day I got the nails done, I told her it was Last Thursday and she told me ok I fix for you when can you come on. I asked her if it was going to have to pay and she said no, Because it has not been two weeks since I got my nails done and they are rising already. So I said ok, can I come Saturday, August 5, 2017. I didn't want to wait much longer and my nails got worse. But then Katie said that the nail Salon is Closed today and Saturday for me to come on Monday. But I just checked online and it's says that your nail salon is open today at 10 am and also on Saturday. So did Katie just lie to me?

  I went to Coco Nails for my 1st time and let me tell y'all once I walk in they started attending me with no appointment or anything like it . I love my chrome nails best nails I ever had in my life ❤️❤️❤️❤️ so if y'all trying to find the best nail salon I recommend Coco Nails !!!!

  I love this place! Every time I go they do an amazing job☺. The staff and the services are wonderful. If you are new to Fayetteville and your trying to find a great nail salon I recommend you go to coco nail salon.

  I don't usually leave review posts on google but I had to this time because Coco Nails did such an amazing job. The nail shop that I usually go to was closed today and I am so glad they were because I got to try Coco Nails.
  They were very fast, efficient, friendly, reasonably priced and yet end result still amazing!
  I got a refill with french tip and I walked out in less than an hour. That was with 3 staff members on vacation on a busy day!!
  Found a new go-to nail place!!

  I love going to Coco Nail Salon! I recently moved here from Colorado so I had to search for a new nail salon all over again. I came here once left very pleased. They are so professional and friendly! They make sure you're comfortable and satisfied. I would definitely recommend them!
