Best pedicures I have ever had. The staff are very professional and nice. My go to salon for pedicures.

I only go here for my fingernails and not my pedicures. I will never go anywhere else for nails. Most of the techs do a very good job with the healthy nails and take their time making sure things are enjoyable. They even give you a massage while your nails dry. Uhm, yes! It’s more expensive, but worth it.

I came in for a nail fix and new color since I got my nails done a little over a week ago at a different salon ( broken nail my fault) but while getting my nails done I asked if it was to soon for a fill since there was a small gap. Who ever did ny nails acted like it was such a pain just to do a fill and was telling me prices of everything. It was a simple question that could be yes or no. Never coming back ever!

I went 2 times, the first the lady was awesome and the nails were gorgeous, then the second time they seemed rushed, some nails were crooked and the paint/powder job was sloppy, the nails are good or bad depending on who does them.

I got a french mani & pedi here a few weeks ago the night before a wedding. I went home, went straight to bed, got up in the morning and started getting ready. Every single one of my nails had already chipped before I even left my house. I also wasn't able to do anything with my hair because so much as running my fingers through it caused flakes of white paint to come off in my hair (pretty gross looking). So my mani lasted less than 12 hours- absolutely ridiculous. Additionally I noticed she hadn't even got all of the nail polish off my toes that i had on before the pedi. Really?
I went there with my mother and the bride (who also got a french mani and hers chipped too!) we were going to pay together when we all finished, however the girl who did mine finished first and got really pushy about me paying right then. Didn't ask nicely, just started demanding suddenly.
How this place has been in business so long I can't say. Cheap supplies, sloppy work & rude employees.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for any reason.response / report this review -

I had been coming here for years on and off. Then I started coming in regularly in 2016. My oldest daughter and I to get healthy nails and pedi's every 2-3 wks. Then my 6 yr old daughter for mani/pedi and my son for pedi's. Eventually my husband started going for pedicures too. I spent at least a grand in there. Probably more. So I obviously liked the place. They are cleaner than most places and certain people do a great job. I called in at 7:30 pm to see if my husband and I could get pedi's last minute. The owner answered and said sure 8:15. I said great and gave our names. I drove like a maniac and walked in there at 8:16. The old guy looks up and says "too busy we close soon" and I look at the owner sitting next to him and said but you told me ok! And she says something to him in Vietnamese then looks at us and says "it's okay, sit over there" So I go pick my color call my husband over and we wait about 10 min. An older lady comes up to me and says "I'm sorry, the mall closes at 9, come back tomorrow" I was so upset. I said then why did you say it was ok? Now it was past 8:30 and we could have gone somewhere closer to my house! She should have just told me no, sorry when I originally called. My family and I will bring our business elsewhere. Maybe we will try out Signature Salon and Spa in the mall.

Incredibly unhappy with my experience. I haven't been here for quite a while and now I remember why. The nail polish used was chunky and disgusting. The actual polish job was even worse. The lady who did my nails cut my cuticles so close that they were bleeding. She didn't massage my hands at all and just put some lotion on them then told me to wash my hands. I'm so over this place and hope they can improve.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I get healthy nails over my natural nails and come in for a fill and the tech cuts my nail off completely, cracking it and all after I told him not to. He continued to cut more and tell me I need a tip put on. Spoke to manager who said she'd fix my nails free without the tip but sculpt it and then do the healthy nail. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes and then she sculpted this thick bulky nail that I swear feels as if it will fall off and then charges me the full price and tells me she fixed my nail nothing wrong with it and snatches my card and charges me $30. I do not recommend them with the service I have received today. Horrible job today. My nails aren't even smooth!

I have never had a bad pedicure or manicure. Ban is by far the best for foot and leg massages. There is a language barrier for the most part, but the wonderful service is worth not being able to chat.
