Always a great place to see a movie. Always clean and never to crowded. I wish all theaters would take a lesson from them. Great place to go!!!
Great location with lots of screens and very comfy seats. Only issue here is slight smell of mildew in most theaters that stick with you during the show and after you leave. Otherwise, great place to see a show. I do miss the 5-6 smaller theaters that uses to be here in town back when I was in college 30 years ago, but the megaplex has a way of making them, well, go away.
The only issue I ever have with this place is the outrageously priced food and drinks! Other than that, it's great. Clean restrooms and screen rooms, a nice little arcade area, and in an easily accessible spot on Skyland.
It's SUPER expensive to eat here. Eat before you go to the movies if you can help it. On opening weekends for big movies, it's best to get a D-Box seat. Otherwise, you may get packed like a sardine at the movies. The D-Box seats give you plenty of leg room and you get your own arm rest.
Could have a more for people with disabilities. The tiny section is not enough.in addition people with handicaps need more space for to sit comfortably. Sound was good. I like to go see good movie but seeing this last one; although movie was good my discomfort took away from that. There was no room in th handicap section so I could o stretch my leg out. My knee is broken.
We did get good service.
.
Great movie theater. It's HUGE! Good security on weekends.
The service is incredibly rude, the theaters are too cold, and the food and drinks are ridiculously overpriced even by movie theater standards. Apart from thatapart from that this place still really blows. If they had any competition they'd be out of business in a month.
It is a mediocre theatre. In my honest opinion.. SOME of the staff NEED better people skills, and NEED to have a higher IQ!! The screens are good. The seating is good. The sound is good. THERE ARE NO VISABLE SECURITY GUARDS!! THEY NEED BETTER SECURITY, and BETTER FIRE EXITS!! The building NEEDS to be REMODLED!! It's NOT the best theatre, but it passes as decent!!
I didn't take any pics this time (sad face), however, I went to Cobb Saturday and Sunday to watch IT (long story). Anywho, to date, I have never had a bad experience with this theatre. Sound at a great level, temperature good, theaters are always clean and the staff is always pleasant to deal with. Had my first movie funnel cake on Saturday, it was actually good, I kind of expected it to be sorta soggy and chewy, but it was perfect!
The reasons I didn't give the theater a 5, is because of the DBOX theater rooms. They take up so many rows and both showings I went to were in the same #6 theater. Which means, the theater gets packed real fast! The other reason, is ticket prices are kinda on the high side, especially matinee tickets. I am used to matinee pricing of around $5 or $6.
Other than that, Cobb is a good theatre to spend your Saturday night, Sunday afternoon in.
Awesome theater! Loved that they STRESSED no cell phone usage. Wish ours at home did. Clean concessions with good variety.
Very nice theatre. Clean and spacious seating. Cheap matinee. Beating the heat and watching Spider-Man with the family.
Great theatre with great sound and projection. IMAX is great as well. It's usually very clean. Our go to theater for new releases. Love that they have student and military prices, which helps with insane ticket prices at most all theaters.
We enjoy taking our grandson to the movies at the Hollywood 16. He likes the Kids Combo. On Senior Tuesdays, my husband and I enjoy going to see the movies. We appreciate the discount day.
Solid movie theater. It has great screen quality and even better sound quality (IMAX screening). The rows of seats are raised so other's heads won't affect your viewing, and the seats are very comfortable(memory-foam). One of the better theaters I've been to.
