I did a basic Google search and found Coastal Tree Care and a few other companies. Specifically, I wanted experts to help with a struggling avocado tree. They were super quick to respond to my query, super knowledgable, professional, fairly pricedand perhaps best of all, I got the sense that they truly care about trees! I didn't expect that but I loved it. JUSTIN talked me through what I needed to do for my avocado tree and for all my trees in general. And the guys who came out to do the job were excellent! Thank you BRIAN, MIGUEL & DANyou guys were awesome. My yard looks like new. Thank you!

Justin was exceptional and so was his team. We had a few challenges but the entire team did their best to help overcome them. Every person at this company is professional, great at their assigned jobs, dedicated to the company and client and great at what they do. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them in the future. They really know the meaning of customer service and getting the job right according to the clients needs. Highly recommend! We have been using Coastal Tree Care for years and will continue to call them with our tree trimming needs
Communication: every staff member I've spoken with has been friendly, helpful, and they follow up well. Justin, Victor, and Walter are great!
Service: they are on time. Like Scouts, they leave the site better than they found it. And the trees look great--not butchered.

Victor and his crew did a great job delivery and planting our Magnolia tree. Justin, the arborist who helped set up the job, was knowledgeable and responsive throughout. Overall a great experience, and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Coastal Tree Care was quick to issue a bid for our business' large trees that were overgrown. The bid was competitive with others so we decided to give them a try. They communicated efficiently leading up to the service schedule date. The crew was great to work with and did a fantastic job. I also appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves. Our trees look great!
