They get a Zero from me.This is racist company, who uses code words , to hide their bigotry, and stupidity. I contacted them to try and get transportation service fo r my Mom, and I was told that, they do not do " Urban, to Urban" areas. Code words , for Black, Poor, look it up. We're not only Black, Poor, but we're also Stupid. And won't catch on to their Stupid, Racist codes. Now I know I'm in the south. You haven't heard the last of me yet. I will post this on every social media network known to men.

The people that take my mom seen to do a swell job. The people that answer the phones on the other hand, are rude, short, and hang up in your face without saying goodbye or let you finish talking or asking a question.
