I paid Mike Fuller $150 to inspect a property I was interested in buying and to provide a written itemized estimate of needed repairs. The Realtor and Mike agreed on a time to meet at the property and go into the house. Mike did not show up for that meeting and as far as I know, he never went into the house. He never provided a written itemized estimate. He gave me a vague ballpark figure but would not tell me what that included. When I requested a refund, since he had not done what he was paid to do, he ghosted me. (I live in another state.)

I’ve been working with mike for about a year now on various remodels large and small. During that time period he has always been highly responsive with communication, he is knowledgeable, presents strong morale ethics, and keeps the project on time.

I reached out to Mike with some structural concerns I was having with my home. He was quick to response and came out to give me a home assessment within a day. Awesome guy and very knowledgeable, I highly recommend reaching out to coastal construction. These are the guys you want to be doing business with.

Mike went above and beyond. He was the only contractor willing to work a smaller job. He finished on time, was honest and fair in pricing and completed the work quickly. I would recommend him to anyone for any size project. His follow through stands out and he gives realistic timelines for the work he is quoting.

I can not thank Mike and his team enough for taking care of my family home. Working on a project out of state is extremely tough and finding the right (trustworthy) people to remodel your home is hard to come by. Mike and his team showed up on time; followed up with me constantly with the remodel and repairs; and managed their time wisely and proficiently. Mike is professional, courteous, and down right great person to be around. Him and his team became family and I will surely recommend and use them in again and again. You just can’t go wrong!
