  Be careful and get costs and clarify scope of Dentist’s work up front. I went for a quick patch to the top of one implant filling and while he had instruments in my mouth and had begun, he casually said, “oh, by the way, insurance doesn’t cover this,” and then proceeded to patch the other side - which I did not come in for and without asking - so I was $400 cash out of pocket. I thought it was a cash grab and borderline unethical. If he was going to go ahead and patch the other side for good measure without my request or consent, he should have at least not charged for it. Especially as the whole process took less than 10 min. I definitely feel scammed.

  Update: Kendra (dental assistant) called from the office to follow up and to tackle ways they could improve. I appreciate the effort and while I don't think I can change my feelings about the experience I do think that that following up was an act of integrity. I think maybe it just wasn't a good fit and have adjusted my rating.
  
  I think I just caught the doctor on a bad day but my experience over all has been poor enough for me to not want to come back for a bite adjustment. I had to give my insurance information to the front desk three times Either they are giving me a hard time or are not very competent. It seemed like the hygienists we're answering the phone for the front desk as well.
  
  They do seem like kind nice people, but being personable doesn't make up for the fact that the job wasn't done well. I found another dentist.

  After 30 years with my previous dentist, he retired. I decided to try Advance Dental and was pleased with my experience. The staff is excellent -- well organized, helpful and courteous. Dr Khan is great -- easy to talk to, helpful, and does a great job. I am incredibly pleased and look forward to having this group provide assistance with my future dental care

  I recently had whitening and everything about the procedure was seamless. My whitening came out amazing my teeth are so white I am getting stopped on the street asking if they are veneers. Dr. Khan’s care and attention to detail are unmatched. I live in Avon and will continue to get my teeth whitened by Dr Khan because he is amazing.
