Jay Thomas takes his clients as family and this is a drive to the great service he performed, and using his experience and kindness to put laughter on people faces. Jay helped us closed on our home even though the build wasn't a great experience but with Jay's professionalism, it was smooth. Thank you for all the help and support !

Working with Mr Jay Thomas was a wonderful experience, a true professional! he not only sold my property in a timely manner he was also able to negotiate on my behalf obtaining the best outcome and price for my property. he navigated the maze of paperwork and made certain everything was in order from beginning to closing. i would highly recommend Jay as your professional agent.

Jay Thomas, has been an amazing person to work with these last few months. He’s definitely a 10 out of 5! He's great at what he does, has great communication, listens to his clients requests and goes out of his way to meet clients expectations.

We just purchased a home with Jay this March and it was a fantastic experience. His work ethic is amazing, he's up every day before dawn and willing to go the extra mile in terms of showing homes and providing quick response to questions. Houston is a gigantic real estate market and Jay's knowledge about it is both deep and wide. He was excellent at matching our purchase goals with great potential homes in several different areas including Katy, Cypress, Kingwood, Atascocita, Humble, and more. The next time we're looking to buy or sell a home in Houston we will absolutely start with Jay!
