Debbie is very rude and does not do her job

I just listened to Debbie on the phone with a tenant, and she was incredibly unprofessional and demeaning. She was rude and seemed bothered that he was even calling, and not using the portal. She was trying not to put in the maintenance request by phone. She then tried to lecture him, instead of confirming the request had been submitted. I would not want to live in a place they talk to me like that.

I was a tenant with Coast Property Management for over 5 years and hands-down this is the best property management company in San Clemente. I've dealt with several other companies in the area that were shady and deceptive. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent to talk with Debbie down at Coast Property.

Signing with Coast Property Management and handing over the management of our San Clemente apartment building was the best decision we could have made. It was a difficult one because we’ve owned and managed the building ourselves for almost 30 years and promptly seeing to our tenants needs has always been our number one priority so it was important to find a company that would give it the same care and attention and Coast Property Management is definitely that company. They are local, family-owned with years of experience in property management. Nancy takes care of the financials, issuing easy-to-understand monthly statements with full back-up for any expenses paid. Debbie is the interface between tenants and owners and is both professional, friendly, efficient and inspires confidence. It’s a good feeling to know that if our tenants have any kind of situation with the building, emergency or otherwise, they have someone reliable they can contact who will immediately set the wheels in motion to take care of the problem, knowing what to do and who to call. They use good local service providers who are efficient, reliable and reasonable. The peace of mind we have now is invaluable. Thank you Debbie and Nancy.
