Best coach store I have been to. Although an outlet I got amazing discounts payed less than half of what the regular price was. Thank you so much coach!!!! Go check it out, you come here.

I love Coach stores and can appreciate the personal attention that each guest receives, but I did not have a positive experience at this particular store. Our shopping was frequently interrupted by store associates who became pushy as our shopping progressed. Towards the end of our browsing, my friend and I had decided on several items that we wanted to purchase. Before we could checkout, several associates were fighting to be the "person who helped us first." It was unprofessional and quite obvious that the employees were working for some sort of incentive. The most outstanding comment came when we were heading to the checkout line. "Remember, my name is Jane Doe and I was helping you first."
