Terrible customer service for their online merchandise. I put in an order and according to the site I could expect processing and shipping information up to 48 hours later It has now been 8 days, I have an order number but nothing saying the order has been processed or shipped and no response from emails inquiring about my order. I can't even get anyone from the store to answer the phone number listed on their website to ask any questions either. If I could put negative stars I would. And now I'm out a Christmas gift 😤

Scam company!!!! They took my online order, but I never received it. They don't answer phone calls or emails. Now I have to cancel my credit card because of them. I reported them to State College police.
