Jim was referred by a friend years ago when I needed service and has always been responsive and done great work. After a few needed repair visits over 14+ years, I needed the garage door replaced Jim and team did an excellent job and new door looks and works great!

Jim is the consummate professional!! He came to my house and his assessment was both speedy and accurate! On installation day he informed me that he would be there 2 1/2 hours and he was done in a extremely timely manner. He throughly explained everything about my new system and how it works and what it is capable of!! Thank you Jim for everything!!

Jim was super responsive and professional. He clearly articulated the process and was not salesy or pushy at all. The install was quick and they cleaned up great. We love the new door. Jim is a true pro and would highly recommend.

Jim was very professional and did outstanding work. He and his partner were done is just about 2 hours and cleaned up as of they were never here. I'd recommend Cleveland Garage Door to anyone who appreciates professional work at a good price.
