We rented a jetski and Arturo, the owner , he was our host and tourguide. It was great fun. We saw a lot of things, also dolphins. It was safe and he was a great tourguide and a very friendly person. I recommend to rend jetski here, because of the personal and friendly approach. we also had wonderfull pictures he made from us on the jetski. beautifull memories. Great company!!!! Thank you Arturo.

Art was a great tour guide for our 2 hour tour, very attentive, flexible on timing, he could talk to us, describing sights, dolphin sightings, instructions, etc. thru attached radio units on each jet ski, very cool!

We ended up being the only ones on Sunday morning for the tour so that was nice. Art was very nice and we enjoyed the morning out on the bay.

I have not rented from you but I was reading how you reply to some of your upset customers. I am sure you are in right but you can not reply to people the way you do. I think you need to take a course in customer service. I would not rent from you based on your replies. I am renting a lot now that I live here for work. Unfortunately for you will be from your competition. Do not call people a moron even if their wrong. Is not professional.. Just saw now after months you commented to me. Is not a fake account. Everything I said was true. You are not professional as I see you deleted many of your clients comments. Just be honest and you will have a better business. I wish you all the best I just did not like how you talked to your clients when they complained about service.

Rented from here a few months ago. While staff was very friendly, the manager or owner was not very nice. He was annoyed by our presence and did not want to answer our questions fully. I now am going back to Florida and decided to check the reviews. The owner is not handling criticism well and is blaming the customers completely. The owner accused people of faking reviews and threatening to sue! I mean how low can this person go? Please don't go here because if something goes wrong you'll have a hard time getting your money back. You're better off paying an extra ten bucks to get a quality service where the owner doesn't berate you.

HAD AN AWESOME TIME! Art is a super person and tour guide. We were fortunate to have Art all to ourselves as the other scheduled party had to cancel. We toured the southern part of the area and will definitely book again next year when we return next October for our 5th wedding anniversary, to tour the northern part of the area. This is a MUST DO attraction if your are unfamiliar with the Clearwater area, as we were. We saw celebrity home, saw dolphins, did some speed riding and generally had an incredible time. The equipment was excellent and the hospitality was terrific. We had a ball! Thank you again Art. We will see you again next year

What a fun and amazing experience! A little bit of everything. We had never been on jet skis before, so we were excited but a bit nervous. Needlessly so because Art was so clear with his communication and his style was calm and effortless so we could enjoy this amazing experience to the fullest. We felt so grateful to have picked this tour. It was definitely the highlight of our time in Florida. Thank you Art and your team at Clearwater Beach Jet Ski Rentals!!!
