After reading everybody reviews I had to share my story.. well first I got dock right away but waited 14 hrs to get loaded and then finally left the place get my scale done then I'm over weight 950 pounds .. come back and waited 4 hours again just to remove 1 pallet.. I could gave 0 star I would , never picking up from this place again. Worse experience ever stay away from this place .. unless u get lucky

This is a pallet exchange shipper. They charge you $8 per pallet. Also the weight on the BOL is over 1,000 pounds short. Said it only weighed a little over 43K. Scale ticket was over 81K gross. There is a scale 12 miles away at the truck stop North of I-16. There's a closer scale 5 miles away at the chicken plant. I don't know if they allow outside trucks to use their scale though. Regardless just make sure you scale the load. Unless your truck can haul 44K+ legally. Tell them how you want it loaded. I had to slide the tandems back beyond the 13th hole. Might as well had been all the way back. Which is illegal in some States. Besides the weight & pallet BS. They load you up faster than others. 2 hours from pulling in to loaded & rolling. Nice clean restroom & friendly lady working behind the counter. Have a good ride.

Good place to load. Quaint little town. Take 301 if going north.look at all the gas stations, restaurants, motels closed years ago and covered with vegetation.. big interstates will do that to beautiful little townsso will a Super Walmart.Claxton Cold Storage people treat drivers well. Load you fast when backed in.they are Not a bunch of Fruit Cakes..just nice people.
