I came in to have my airbags fixed due to a recall. Jay Banks was very friendly, helpful and quick! He gave me a pleasant experience even through my wait. I also appreciated the employees offering us water and snacks!

Jay Banks is my service advisor. Always gets my car in for service at my appointed time, no matter how busy it is! I usually wait for my car while being serviced, but if Jay anticipates a longer wait due to a complex repair, Classic provides a rental car voucher, usually for a new Honda - opportunity to try out the newest models. Jay's always got a smile on his face and keeps customer informed on progress. Recommend Jay and Classic Honda for service needs.

Excellent! I have gone to several Honda dealers but Classic has no comparison. Everyone is so personable. In the past five months, we have purchased 2 vehicles with them. Clem, the General Manager, is just simply the best!
I recommended a friend to go there as well and she too was a happy customer.

My experience with Dane Binger at Classic Honda was phenomenal! I walked in frustrated after having my old car die. Dane greeted me at the door and assured me that everything would work out fine and I would walk away with a car I loved. Dane answered all my questions with patience and he was professional even when I was uncertain of what car I wanted, and changed my mind during decision process. He even offered coffee and snacks and it wasn’t till then I realized I hadn’t even eaten all day.
No surprises, No hidden fees, Very transparent. The whole team (including Clem and Raphael) made car buying painless and simple!! I wasn't forced into buying at all, but I came out with a car I love driving. Thank you all so much and I would recommend this Honda Dealership and Dane to anyone looking for a car.response / report this review -

My experience with Gary Bowen at Classic Honda was phenomenal! I first contacted him on the Classic Honda website. I was living out of state at the time. I knew which vehicle I wanted and that is the one I ended up with. Yea! Gary was gracious enough to pick me up at the Orlando Airport when I arrived in Florida. My plane was delayed for a day, but Gary took it in stride. I bought a 2017 CR V Touring model. It has all the bells and whistles. He got me a Lunar Silver CR V with gray leather interior that I had requested.. When we got to the dealership, he patiently walked me through the process, answering any questions I had.He will continue to answer any further questions I might have like how to use some of those newer options. He had explained them all, but if I need a refresher he will help me again. I recommend Gary and Classic Honda for any purchase you are considering..

I bought my Honda Accord in 2015. It's my third Honda since I was 16. I am a true loyal customer. Prime example of why I purchased a Honda to keep it in family. I only take it to my Classic Honda dealership to deal with anything from a nail in my tire to an oil change. I only go to Mr. Dwight Dowe. He has been with me since the beginning and is an amazing example as a leader to his outstanding team who work on my car. I drive a lot and feel very safe knowing that he and his team have my back :)

Jay Banks has awesome customer service! He shines! Not only was he professional but friendly while answering various questions about the battery recall I had. To top it all off, my entire service including oil change and nice car wash was all done very timely. I was out there before the estimated time. You guys are amazing!

I was nicely greeted by Jay as soon as I entered inside the service area. He quickly took care of my paperwork and let me know about how long the work would take. As soon as my car was ready, he texted me and came and found me in the waiting area. Then I was on my way! Jay was very courteous and professional in the way he dealt with not only me but others, which I overheard as I waited. Classic Honda Service Dept. is THE BEST!!!! i WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!. Thank you!

The place is awesome and the people of the service department very friendly. Juan was amazing. He greeted me at the door and took care of everything for me. He explained what needed to be fixed in words that I understood.

Had a bad experience at another dealership, walked away from the deal upset and put off. Came to Classic and had a completely different experience. Sales person Stephanie Tores was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable with no high pressure tactics. The entire process was very smooth and extremely quick. Great selection of cars and amazingly good prices. Saves you from the hassle of fighting with a dealership just to get their prices down to where Classics are already marked. We are already looking forward to a fourth Honda in our family, will absolutely be purchased no where else but from Classic. Buying a car is never fun but as far as buying cars go's I give Classic 5 stars!

Had fast and high quality service here. Jay Banks was amazing!!!! He didn't pressure me into getting services I didn't need and was honest about what to look out for as the car gets older. Definitely coming back here for all my maintenance work. 🙂

I scheduled an appointment with Gerald at Classic Honda on West Colonial to change a recall part on my vehicle. Once I got there I was told the waiting time was 2 hours, two hours I did not have to spare. I spoke to Gerald and he explained to me that he will be happy to give me a rental while my car was being serviced. I was happy to hear that and I was able to continued running errands. This appointment did not affect my day. I would like to thank the team at West Colonial and I will definitely continue to use Classic Honda on West Colonial.

I got my first car (Honda Civic) on Sunday and could not be happier! Huge thanks to Roger, for being so detailed and for giving excellent service! He was very knowledgeable and made sure I was satisfied with my choice before continuing with the next step.
Rafael in financing did an amazing job as well and really helped me when it came to a good interest rate and the car's coverage. I went back to the dealer a couple days later to get my windows tinted and Gerald Alaniz did an awesome job. The tinted windows look perfect!
Everyone was so courteous and kind while I was there. I am very happy with the overall service! Thank you Classic Honda!!response / report this review
