Clarion was a great hotel. My daughter and I stayed with her two babies and were more than pleased. Our suite was super clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is located in a very safe area just off I-95 with lots of restaurants close by. Breakfast was awesome!

Better than expected. Close to l95. Popular with truckers who know what they are doing. My room had a bedroom area and a sitting area with a couch and TV. The second floor had a mezzanine which overlooks the lobby. Not bad for a budget place

So close, yet they don't quite get it right. Convenient to Savannah and the I95. Front desk staff very nice at check in. Rooms were spacious and appeared clean. Bathroom had some mildew on the caulking. Toilet bowl had a water line ring. Beds were OK, but blankets were paper thin. Water pressure was poor and hot water took approximately 3 to 5 min to reach temperature to shower. Breakfast provided was good, if you could get it fast enough. They kept running out of things on both days we were there. Staff was constantly complaining under their breath about having to make more food. I had to ask them to bring out more waffle batter on both days and I observed others asking for more of other hot food items. The kitchen staff is in disarray and is unprofessional. Hotel lobby and hallways were clean and location is safe and convenient to many restaurants and shopping areas if needed. If they fixed the little things they'd get much higher marks.

Staying thererooms where good. But washer and dryer where both broken. Office area closed not open at all. We are smokers so we would go outside the side door so far 4 days and not one time has any one cleaned area. Bags of beer cans and trash all over area and not cleaned once. Ever pool in area is open it is spring break but this is only pool in area not open. Nice rooms but will not stay here again.

Did not have a very good experience at this hotel. Stayed for 2 nights. I went to go use the sink and water started pouring out of the bottom of it on to the floor. So we called to tell them and they told us that they will put us in a different room. We got all our stuff together and moved to the room next door, opened it with the new key they gave us and there were people laying in bed. we got so embarrassed and just shut the door real quick. We went back down stairs to tell them and they gave us ANOTHER room which I was kind of nervous to walk into this time.. anyways this room was okay but our AC unit sounded like we had a tractor in the room it was so loud we couldn’t keep it on.. I then went to charge my phone in the outlet and had to try every outlet in the room because they were all not working besides 1..we did let the front office know about this but didn’t complain about switching to another room because I was over moving our things around.. they did apologize and give us a small discount but I would never go back to this hotel. It was really dirty especially in the hall ways there were beer cans and broken plates .. the only reason I have 2 stars was because the staff was friendly..

The room was terrific and the front desk staff was very personable. The room was large and offered a separated sleeping and living area. The buffet breakfast was also quite enjoyable but I recommend getting there early.

Nice room with very comfortable beds. The bathtub shower combo was very large. The living room living room was cozy. Breakfast was plentiful and had a great selection. We met Irwin at breakfast. He was so pleasant and welcoming. Overall a very nice start to our much anticipated vacation.

Very nice exterior, but the interior needs some updates. It's supply to be smoke free but the third floor is a smoke pit. Not good for asthmatics! The room had a very nice layout, but it could you use a good cleaning.

Clean. The night time front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The morning desk clerk must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed. Pros: big rooms with a separate living room, a/c gets ice coldawesome. TV in the bed room and the living room. Perfect if you have small kids. Outdoor pool. Breakfast with meat.
Cons: 2 of the 3 ice machines were not working. Large whirlpool tub did not workjust a big tub. 1 sink only had hot water and the sink with cold water came out at a trickle.response / report this review -

The hotel left a lot to be desired! I was bitten by some sort of insect while sleeping. As well as my roommate who had to find an urgent care facility! The pool was not open. The laundry room was filthy as well as the equipment. Had to ask another nearby hoel to use their laundry room and they so graciously allowed us to so. The only saving grace was the breakfast and the pleasant personality of Irwin! Such an asset to this otherwise failing establishment!

The service is above any I have ever received. The staff is wonderful. A little updating would be nice. However, everything was clean and the rooms are large. Very comfortable beds with the fluffy good pillows :)

The bedroom was okay. The sofa bed looked pretty disgusting when opened. For some reason the room smelled like wet carpet. But it's livable if you just want to spend a night or two.

Flipping GREAT value! GREAT HOTEL! My husband and I stayed in the King suite for 3 nights with our 1 year old. Lots of space! Its a no inside smoking facility so there was fresh air in the rooms. It even had a safe. We were very impressed. Also nice receptionist!

At check in they had given my room to someone else. It took over an hour to get into a room. The floor by the AC unit and window was sopping wet. I was only one of several in the lobby that had this problem. The bathroom had mold in several places. The hotel was completely booked and only had 1 desk staff running all over the place trying to deal with all the wet floor issueshe kept his cool and I was impressed by that.
