Just filthy - windows, doors, floors. Clearly had not been vacuumed. Interior and exterior doors were just plain dirty. Window pane was cracked. Sheets were threadbare and stained. Controls on A/C seemed to be unrelated to what came out. Stay away!

Awful!! Have stayed multiple times due to my son having outpatient surgeries. This is the LAST stay for us!! Was put in a room that smelled horrible, mildew and mold on the walls, complained and so they put us in another room (which was much better than the 1st room but definitely wasn't the cleanest) #Eewwww This place needs a MAJOR update!!!! The front desk clerk wasn't too friendly either.

The hotel was so-so, but the breakfast was incredible! Stoneware plates and mugs, real metal utensils----non of that plastic and paper stuff! Wonderful food and excellent service.

Nice clean suite rooms stay often here. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Ice machine broken for today's visit. But they said new one on order just waiting on it to arrive.

Horrible! Room was not ready at promised time. Door knob did not work and was falling off. Room smelled terrible. Parking lot was scary. Out affordable would not cooperate or try to place me in a cleaner, fresher smelling room probably because they are all terrible. Go elsewhere.

I stay here every time I'm around in the Augusta area. Never had a problem. Good service and always there when you need it. Would come here again!!

Not far off of main highway (I-20). Lots of places to eat in the area. They serve a hot country style breakfast. Rooms need upgrading. Outdoor pool. Inexpensive. Outdoor rooms 2 floors. 3rd floor rooms are indoors.

My bosses truck was stolen from this hotel, and after it was stolen as a paying guest were told we cant park in front of the rooms bc other guest are arriving. Ummmm we are guest. The breakfast they will throw down if you try to make your sick wife a plate. You are not allowed to exit breakfast with anything. The staff here are rude and unprofessional.

My Bf and I stayed there 2 days Valentine's day and the day before. I want to start off saying it was a great location. It was walking distance to restaurants. but they renovated the rooms but not enough the bathroom still looks a little dated .the bathtub was dirty I wanted to take a bubble bath but that plan was scratched.that was the first room they gave us it was a grown floor which was great but we asked for another room because of the tub and it had cigarette burns in the covers and it was a nonsmoking room. and they gave us another room and it was the next floor up. that room was a little better i asked for towels they told me to lay the dirty ones out and they would bring me some new ones but they never did I had to call down stairs to get some new ones the breakfast was good but I would never stay there again.
