Over all the stay was good. It is right at the end of the strip and easy walking distance to all the shopping and attractions. A room with 2 queen beds is a bit tight but worked for us. Breakfast is included.
Clean hotel. In the middle of a transition but didn't interfere with our stay. Great location. Breakfast could use work. But overall good.
Good option for staying in town. Staff is friendly and location is great. Breakfast is ok. At least it is included.
The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and responsive to questions about amenities and local attractions. The complimentary breakfast was the standard hotel fare but there was a good variety of choices. The breakfast room was very large and open. It is located in the midst of all the outlet malls and very convenient for shopping and a variety of restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.
My husband and I celebrated our vow renewal wedding here on NYE 2016. We stayed 2 nights (Friday and Saturday) and were using the hotel’s ballroom for the reception to our wedding on 12/31. Overall, the experience was amazing! We had some issues with our room the first night, but after talking with Andrew, everything was corrected and fixed for the second night. Robin went above and beyond helping me to plan this event. She was very responsive to all of my questions throughout the planning process and helped to ensure I had everything I would need for the big day! The wedding coordinator, Richard, was a nice gentleman who helped setup the morning of and ensured everything flowed throughout the night. The hotel was great in allowing us to celebrate past midnight (for the New Year’s celebration), and we loved getting to see some of the fireworks from the ballroom’s balcony. It was a beautiful reception! I would highly recommend them for both any wedding/event planning and also for their hotel. Being on the main strip in Gatlinburg with a balcony is a very unique and fun experience!
Rooms were clean and it was nice having a balcony. Appears they are in the process of renovating. Breakfast was complicated. They require you to show your key card and then insist on getting the hot food for you. It was annoying to wait in line for a normal hotel breakfast.
Within walking distance to pretty much everything.
