Rooms are clean. Breakfast was ok. Could be an awesome place if they fixed the things up!!! Pool tables are broke !!!. need new carpet in rooms. Bar doesn't stay open past 700. This really has potential Just doesn't offer anything!! I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you just need a bed to sleep in. The toilet in my room is cracked on the bottom so toilet rocks when you sit on it.not a good place they need to shut the doors and remodel!!!

Eh, well.. I don't know what else to say. It's not somewhere I'd take my family, I'd rather them sleep in the car. Now by myself, if I couldn't drive any further without falling asleep. I might buckle and stay 1 night. Front desk lacks care of any sorts. The bathroom stalls in the lobby don't even have lockable doors. Avoid if you can.

Stayed here when father In law was in the hospital. Check in took forever. Room was smallish and Spartan. Linens were worn. Breakfast was freeze dried, but not terrible. Left something in our room and called shortly after we left, but house keeping denied finding anything, go figure. We will not stay here again

It is older. My room was very clean and well supplied. Small cosmetic issues. Indoor pool and small shop for snacks. The shop is not attended but there are cameras, kind of an honor shop. A resturant and free breakfast. Located in the older part of town. Walking distance to a very fun downtown. If you enjoy nightlife this is the place to stay.

We rented an Event room for two different occasions here. They have No AC in this room next to their bar. The electric in this room does not work we were constanly blowing a fuse. U pay a lot of money & the so called Organizer doubled booked on one event. She had told us we would be getting the bigger room on the 2nd floor & then the day of the event we ended up with the small room next to the bar. The bar they provide when you rent the room is a table with a person behind it charging for drinks when all she /he does is go to the bar & gets the drink. Very poor set up. No one comes to emty your trash you empty your own. They had several large rolls of carpet in the lobby which to me were a safety issue not to mention the fact that they looked tacky. They do not have restrooms attached to the Event Room you have to go all around to lobby to get to the RR's. Just not worth the $. On one occasion the so call make shift bar tender didn't show up & if we had not mentioned to the Orangizer the amount we had paid extra we would not have gotten it returned even tho it took a month to return it to us. When you book make sure everything is on the contract the room you will be renting, the fact that if no bar tender you will get your deposit back. The fact that you will need AC,the electric to work & restrooms close.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The shower was hot and the internet was stable. However, was not expecting the train tracks and the train running past midnight. The train does not run all night though.

Hotel is a clc network place thus a lot of wear and tear. There are several train tracks directly behind the place and come through often. The tracks are maybe 100ft away. Then the hotel staff for some reason dispite some of them being really nice, could not figure out how under Gods blue sky how to program the hotel keys. I must have had the front staff replace and or open my door for me nearly every time I entered or left the stupid place. Down town Greeley is nice, great for walking and seeing the sights there. I would in the future choose a different hotel if I could.

The hotel staff was great, we were allowed to check in early, and after a long day of driving it was nice. The rooms and all public areas were very clean. The swimming pool is nice and big, no hot tub, but the pool is a nice warm temperature. The breakfast in the morning was amazing; real scrambled eggs, French toast sticks, biscuits and gravy, plus all the usual continental stuff. Great night overall!

Convenient location. In need of a renovation. Our room faced the courtyard - woke up a couple of times to the noise of a train horn.

This hotel needs a MAJOR renovation! It not only looks old - it smells old! Did I mention the train that keeps you awake all night? The only thing good about this place is that the staff was friendly & the breakfast is half way decent. I will not stay here ever again & would not recommend it to anyone w/ children.

Very nice clean motel. Staff is extra friendly, seem like they really care about people.. Hot breakfast every morning, was awesome after working all night long They have sitting rooms downstairs you can just go to relax and they have a bar Pool was nice also Just a very nice place that I will definitely return to
