I recently purchased my Specialized 29inch Rock Hopper from Civic Cyclery. I have since brought it in for a tune up and service. Frank (the owner) is such a great and friendly guy to deal with. He told me to bring the bike in and had it done on the same day for me! If you have any question on where to get your next road or mountain bike, don’t look any further then Civic Cyclery!

Extremely happy with Frank's team. I came in to explore modifying my bike with new handlebars and brake levers. His staff was patient and extremely helpful with my questions, giving me feedback on what I should consider. His team ordered the suggested parts and a few days later, the bike is all ready to go and looks fantastic. I'm ecstatic with work completed and am loving the new hardware.

Have to comment again on great service at Civic Cyclery. This past weekend provided a unique opportunity for cold weather mountain biking, but the cold played havoc with some components I hadn't winterized. Frank took care of the situation ASAP and I was able to get back in the saddle and enjoy the amazing trails at Little Gunpowder Falls. Thanks!
