Management – 0 Stars. HORRIBLE. I would LOVE to go to Hawaiian Falls tomorrow, but I can’t afford the gas!!! When my family moved away from the Hawaiian Falls we used to live beside, before this season even opened, we were not allowed to get a refund on our season passes. Now we hold 4 season passes we can’t use because we live too far away to make the drive!! DO NOT BUY SEASON PASSES!!! Come hell or high water, you won’t have a chance for a refund for ANY REASON. Furthermore, it only saves you maybe five bucks, so not worth the risk.

Cleanliness – 4 Stars – The park itself is clean, but the main restroom by the entrance is definitely not. We did find a second restroom inside the building which was much cleaner.

Safety – 3.5 Stars – The adventure course is over the top with safety which is a beautiful thing. The anchor system that is in place prevents a person from ever being detached from the cables unless they are with the trained personnel at the stairs and moving up or down to a new level. The water areas are also monitored, although they seem to be short staffed or less effective than they should be. For example on the top of several slides, the staff (dressed as Sharkey employees not lifeguards) tells the riders when to go, but doesn't monitor to be sure they are riding in a safe position or with the heaviest person in the safest location on the inner tube. At the bottom of one particular set of slides, the lifeguard stands by the two less fast slides, leaving the steepest and fastest slide riders unattended. This results in wild finishes from people being thrown off their tubes to them crashing into the wall. I personally spoke to a manager about this after my daughter nearly broke three toes when she crashed into the wall. He assured a second lifeguard would be added. One for the two easier slides and one for the steep and riskier slide. After my daughter's collision, she began to limp away when the blood began to flow. We walked to the nearby entrance and asked for medical attention. They told us the first aid station was in the back of the park and we could go there. I refused and insisted they transport her unless they wanted blood dripping the entire way across the park. I should not have had to make that comment. Every staff member should be effectively responsive in an emergency situation. This safety rating would be lower except for two factors: the adventure course is a 5 star and the manager did respond and agree to increase the safety of the more dangerous slide.

Friendliness – 4 Stars - While the workers were respectful and kind, the friendliness of the other guests at the park was disturbing. Many guests in this park take an inner tube from a water ride, and keep it at their table all day! While their munching on their picnic lunch, other guests are standing in the hot sun waiting for a tube to ride on when very few are available because so many have been carried away! What?!

Food – 4 Stars- They have lids and straws!! Yipee! This Hawaiin Falls also has chicken tenders which is good, but they have trouble keeping up with the demand causing long waits or some people just give up. Hot dogs were mediocre. Fries were great!

Awesome water park, fun place to spend a day. They day I went they were short staffed. Long lines for food/beer and most of the zip lines were shut down, despite it being hot summer weekend.

I've come here multiple times over the summer with my daughter and every time has been great. Their food prices can get rather pricey though, but admission is for all day so you can come and go as you please, just need to get a wrist band from the entrance. During the week are usually the best times since they're not as crowded, but weekends can get a bit hectic. It's currently two parks in one but from my understanding that may be changing next year.

We had a wonderful time at Hawaiian Falls in Pflugerville!! The water park was extremely clean and well-maintained. The water was crystal clear and there were plenty of chairs and shaded areas. The parking lot had tons of parking spaces (with a nominal admission of $5). The staff was friendly. We loved the music, too! My only suggestion would be to have more tubes available for the tube rides and also add some changing rooms (it's difficult to change clothes in a bathroom stall). We had a super end-of-summer day at Hawaiian Falls!

They went out of their way to host a Forever Families filming for a kiddos in our community in foster care waiting for a forever family. They gave him the total package and made him feel very special for the day. This was his first time ever at the age of 15 at a water park and he had a blast! They are a great business to have in our community!

    Here are suggestions to management:
    1) Round numbers for pricing! It took 15 minutes to get 5 cars into the parking lot because you are charging $5.41 to park instead of a round 5 or 6 bucks.
    2) Bathrooms need to be maintained every half-hour. 2 of the Women's rooms were down on a very busy Sunday.
    3) Did I mention round numbers for pricing? It took close to 30 minutes to get in the parking lot and then $10.82 for the cooler and then $37.88 for admission. Certainly you have accountants that can figure out the tax with rounded numbers.
