I was at City Flats Hotel for a Christmas Party. The room was nice, the servers were attentive and friendly. The food was just ok. The veggies were supposed to be cooked, but most of it seemed raw. The chicken had a funky smell, and the beef option didn't seem very appealing. The dessert was awesome! And the atmosphere was great. Overall, a good experience, just the main course was not quite what I'd expect.

This hotel is great! Pros: excellent interior architecture and style. Everything was carefully chosen and designed. Everyone was very kind and helpful, and everything was quite clean. Softest linens we've probably ever come across. Just near the city center, and very affordable. Cons: The bathroom could use a minute amount of work, and the hard floors and concrete ceilings do transfer sound a bit.

Very nice, trendy hotel. Pretty cool sports lounge with a bunch of big TVs and really comfortable lounge recliners. Nice bar. Beds are really soft. Highly recommend it.

Went for a wedding! The venue was clean, contemporary, and well put together. Staff was curteous and professional. The whole evening was fabulous. Great bar and well done food!

This is our second stay and highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are all individual and amazing. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud. And the staff, are all wonderful.

Had a great time here. Check in was smooth as butter. The Sun night (Aug 6) the woman working the front desk was super helpful at fulfilling a few needs we had.
The only weird thing was in our room. The shower and bathroom door had handles on the outside, but not the inside?

We stayed for 5 days and our room was never cleaned. We asked daily for service and were told it would be taken care of. Staff was friendly but very causal, and in no hurry. The staff vibe ran through the facility. Rooms were clean on arrival and the decor was very unique and well thought out. The furniture and decor was not aging well and had not been repaired or maintained. Lamp shades were very dusty and stained. Chips and cracks in furniture and wall facings. So much potential but the staff did not seem to be concerned about doing much of anything. Uniformed staff were shabby and unkempt. When we did see house keeping they were dressed in sweats and tee shirts. Location is great and close to everything. Parking was great. Might be okay to stay for just a day.

VERY cool hotel! Make plans to book a room if you are in the area. Green and super modern, the room was very quiet - perfect to get some work done. Nice bar area, friendly bartender who makes a good drink. Coffee bar and limited breakfast items in the morning. Very good food though. I highly recommend this hotel. It was unlike any place I've ever stayed before.

Oh my Too much to say. Absolutely wonderful place to stay. A must do if in Holland, MI for a night or two. Beautiful rooms. Will be going back for sure.

Stay here if you have the opportunity. It's one short block away from downtown, a very convenient walk after beer at New Holland. Very unique and modern room design. It feels like a much more expensive hotel. The bed was wonderful. Get the master suite if you can. It has motorized recliners, an enormous bathroom, and a balcony. One unusual plus was that the floor and ceiling seemed to be concrete and made for a very quiet room. Would definitely stay here again.

We were served pizza. If this is the best offering g they had I would wonder how they stay in business. It was nothing g more than a dried up piece of cardboard. I he we one, desserts and coffee were excellent.
