I own one of the more luxurious models that Kia makes. Unfortunately, from the start I have had nothing but problems with both the body shop and the service techs. With the vehicle I own, I am supposed to be eligible for the white glove service, which means that they will pick your car up on a flatbed and drop you off a loaner when the services are completed. Never was I offered or received these, sometimes waiting all day for regular service. Not only that, because of mechanics errors' I have had rental cars for almost 3 months out of the year and a half I have owned the car, due to neglect of the vehicle while its in their possession. So now, unfortunately I have to send all my records over to a Kia dealer almost 50 miles away, as they are the only techs certified for these types of vehicles. They have said they will compensate me, but I have yet to receive antyhing for these problems. I'm ordering a new Stinger, but unfortunately because of the bad experiences I will go to century Kia, in Tampa as they are the closest certified with the K series vehicles.

Citrus KIA, we love you and our car! We came in for service of our 2015 KIA SOUL, knowing we wanted to trade in by the years end, and left with a brand new 2018 SOUL! Kevin, our salesman work his "soul" to the bone, making sure we found exactly what we wanted, and gave us such a great deal we couldn't turn down From trade in value, to the best price and financing possible! Our interest rate dropped 5% points through SunTrust Credit Union, and payments are less than the former payment!!! It's our second new KIA SOUL in 2 years. We put many miles on annually and needed a car we could depend on. KIA SOUL fits the bill! Not only does it have one of the best warranties in the industry, our experience has been that we get higher gas mileage than what's advertised up to 41 hwy!
Also, the head room can comfortably seat you even if over 6 ft. tall! The 2018 SOUL is now quieter than previous models due to redesigning that added a rubber type insulator. We stayed with the base model as it has more cargo space width than the models with the back up camera. In our base model, when seats are folded down, it easily accomodates our amplifier and bass guitar too!!!

Purchased a new Kia Soul from another dealership :/ and had a flat tire less than a week later, I had run over a screw, so it wasn't covered under warranty. Devin in the service department was so kind! He understood my frustration and had my tire fixed at no charge! Thank you so much Devin! I know where to come to buy my next new vehicle!

The salesman Timmy was great and so was the manager, however the finance guy Brent was horrible after my mother refused to buy any of the added products that were offered. He became very rude as she signed the rest of the contract and was talking down to her. The only thing that saved the deal was the experience with Timmy and the manager. We would love to buy another vehicle in the near future if Brent is nowhere in the building.

I am giving Citrus Kia 5 stars because they exceeded my expectations. I came in for an oil change and maintenance and by the end of the night drove off with a car that I did not think possible could be mine. Rich was that awesome salesman that you want to talk to when you want to buy a car. Tony the manager made me feel like family and sealed the deal! You guys are awesome! I am very happy. Thank you!

I gave Citrus Kia a 5 star rating because they made everything so quick and easy. Citrus Kia had the car I wanted (year, model, color and price) plus. I found the car on the internet and they delivered it to my door. That may not seem like much if you live in Crystal River, but I live in Tallahassee. Justin was very courteous and did a fantastic job in preparing all the paperwork as well as in providing excellent communication before and after the sale. And, Citrus's delivery driver was wonderful!!! Thanks Citrus Kia and thank you Justin for a car purchase that will be difficult to match!!!!!!!

My husband and myself are 70 and 71, we had gone to another dealership previously and were not treated very nicely. We came to Citrus Kia, spoke to Jim Aliotta and experienced the nicest car buying situation ever! We told Jim what we wanted to spend and he made sure it worked out The dealership is great, all people that work there are very professional and friendly. Citrus Kia knows how to treat people well. If you want a great car buying experience, make sure to come to this dealership!!! You won't be sorry!!

Michael Boswell helped us find just the right car for us. We are delighted with our new Cadenza. He knows what is going on with the transaction and kept us well informed as they had to get our car from another location. No pressure or useless sales pitches, just honest answers.

We were very satisfied with our new car buying experience. Every aspect went smoothly and in a timely fashion. Our salesperson was very well versed in the product and we liked the fact that the car we chose was on the lot.(no waiting days) The finance process was a breeze. My husband started some of the buying process yesterday online. Within approximately 15 minutes Justin sent a text message to him. He communicated with him a few times and set up an appointment for this morning. Justin was very welcoming and offered us refreshments before we got started. He listened to us, respected us and explained every step of the process as we went through it. There was NO pushing of a specific vehicle, he chose a 2017 Kia Forte based on what we explained to him for our needs. I chose not to test drive the car as I wanted to make sure everything was fine with the deal. Bad experience at a different dealership lead me to hold off on test driving the car. Justin showed us around the dealership and introduced us to the service department. We had a couple of employees come over and welcome us as well. When it was time to finish up the paperwork, we were introduced to Barry. He joked around with us a little and then gave us some awesome news about our deal. He helped get us a better deal, with a better interest rate, AND a lower car payment. These two gentlemen were very down to earth, very personable and respectful. Hands down the BEST experience we have ever had at a dealership!!! This was the nicest and fastest car deal we have ever had! We will be a returning customer for future vehicles. Oh, and my drive home would have equated to the test drive. This is the first time owning a Kia and I am the happiest I've ever been with a vehicle. It's a great car, Justin chose the right one for us!! Thank you all!!
