The Pine Club regularly rates among the top steakhouses in the entire county, and for good reason. The term "old school steakhouse" is a cliche, but that's what they are. Steaks are the primary focus, they have all the right cuts, and they do them right.
GREAT BURGERS & BEER - EVEN BETTER SERVICE Found this place on a couple of sites while looking for a non-chain dinner spot before a concert at Fraze. It's only ten minutes away from the venue. Don't let the facade fool you.
Good food, good service. The "patio" is very loud because of the accoustics, making it difficult to hear conversations.
To avoid the rush, traffic, and other woes of going to see a show downtown this is a good place to take advantage of it before a show as it is inside the theatre. The food and drinks were good however they were not $100 good for a couple. Server was very friendly and in fact tried to talk me out of the ribs claiming they were dry. However that comes with the territory of a pastrami rub style meat. I was not excepting them to be fall off the bone southern BBQ good. In fact they were the meat only, no bone to fall off of, this was a "fine" dining experience. A bit on the pricey side so it appears you are paying for the location and convenience.
Set in the beautiful Wintergarden and offering an accommodating variety of good food, cocktails, and professional service, just a few steps away from the theater.
