I'm not really a Kohl's person, but I have to give them 4-stars for their efficient checkout area during the holiday season. Our Kohl's had a single line setup with a cluster of registers that the next customer went to without having to try and pick a line to get into that would stop the minute that you got there. We were well back in the line but still got checked out in less than 10 minutes. Nice job Kohl's.

Every week has new sales. Almost always have coupons for additional $ off. Great selection!

Everyone is so polite and helpful. I couldn't find shoes in my daughter size. I was checked on and the employee checks don back and online. They helped me order from the kiosk, explain the free shipping! And helped me make sure I got the right ones I had seen! One of my favorite places to shop!

ONLY COMPLAINT IS UNDER STAFFED. BUT, THE DOOR SECTION, SCOTT IS A PRO, HE IS SUCH A BLESSING TO ME. GREAT ASSETT TO THIS PLACE. JOHN HE CAN RUN THE WHOLE PLACE IF NEED BE, HE'S GREAT GENTLEMAN THAT WALKED ME THROUGH THE WHOLE STORE HELPING ME IN A MANIC TYPE OF RUSH TO FINISH MY DIY PROJECT AT HOME. I like the products at this store, i like the sales and offers as well as that they allow you use more than one coupon or offer at a time. However, the clothing areas are ALWAYS a confusing mess with clearance and sale items overflowing and laying about all over the floor and other racks. It makes it impossible to find anything and it is very frustrating. This is the main reason that I do not shop here more often. Too much disorganization

This place has great sales but the employees, more specifically, cashiers tried to take more of my money again. This happens on rare occasions since most of the cashiers are nice, always ending off with 'Have a nice day!', But when I rechecked my receipt, I saw something very odd, I bought a shot for about $20, somewhere around the price and now it was like 36, the tax was only 5-7 bucks so I knew the cashier stole my money, I did get my money back so I guess that's okay. I sincerely hope the manager or some other employee from this store notify the manager about this situation cause if no takes action of this problem, I will lower this to a 2 star. Thanks in advance.

It was a little crowded since everyone is out for the holidays. I was pretty much able to almost all of my Christmas shopping here! They had great sales. Only reason for the 4 stars rather than 5 was that there were many staff members that I saw but not any readily available to help out. Also I think that's due to the busy season but it is nice shopping when you feel like your customer service is up to par and proactive helping customers. Also the store was a little disheveled.
