  I absolutely love this store. I came in with my sister and mom to look for my sweet 16 dress and the sale associates were extremely nice and helpful. Even though my mom didn't speak good English they had a wonderful bilingual staff that helped us out. I explained to them what i was looking for and they showed me a bunch of beautiful options. When i finally tried on the dress that i fell in love with the staff was so lovely, even the manger elana stopped by and told me i looked amazing. I will continue to shop at Cinderellas gown for my prom, and any formal event i love this store.

  This is my second horrible experience with this store. The first was so many years ago I decided to forget it and give them a second. Today I went in excited to look at all the dresses I saw online. Im getting married and every girls dreams of their perfect dress. I walk in and ask for assistance finding a wedding dress.
  The response: "We are just going to search the racks just like you are. The dresses are back there. Just go look."
  I was completely turned off by the lack of assistance offered. Especially since my mother and I were the only people in the store with four Associates. Thank God I found and purchased my dress. But I'll never go back to Cinderellas Closet.

  There should be some type of refund policy! My daughter put a dress on layaway so we don't even have it yet and she changed her mind. We were told we would lose the $200 she put down if we decided not to get it. I don't know of any store that doesn't have some kind of refund policy. Not happy with my experience!

  I will 110% be returning to this store. The staff were amazing, the dresses phenomenal, and the size selection outstanding! I recommend this formal wear store before any others! Alexia was my personal stylist and she was amazing! She would tell me right away if something looked great or terrible. I loved the honesty and how helpful she was throughout the entire process. It was absolutely magical when I put on the beautiful gown now deemed as my prom dress. I could tell right away I needed to have this dress on for my prom night! The lay-a-way plan is a wonderful thing! Without it, there is no way I would have been able to reserve my dress. Definitely unique, beautiful gowns! I am in love!

  My family & I came in to look for a prom dress for my younger sister. We were greeted when we came in & everyone was very nice. Victoria helped us when we got to the fitting room & was very pleasant about having to look for a specific size in some of the dresses I was pulling out. I felt bad for having to make her go back & forth to check if certain sizes were in stock but she didn't seem phased at all. She stayed with us until my sister finished trying on all her dresses & answered all our questions. She also has a great personality, very sweet. Thanks for all your help Victoria!!

  When I went to Cinderella's Gowns I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find a dress in my size. I was greeted when I first walked in the door and was asked how they could help me. I didn't know what size I should be looking at or even what color I was looking for to wear to Homecoming. The sales person was very helpful in picking out dresses that she thought I may like. She was very encouraging and helped me to keep an open mind. I tried on a lot of dresses, but my sales person was very patient and never seemed like she was getting tired of me. In the end, I found my perfect dress for Homecoming and I was excited. I have sent all my friends there and I'm happy to say I will go back in the future.
