We can't recommend Chocolate Carousel enough for wedding cakes!! We (and ALL of our guests) loved our wedding cake and many commented that it was the best wedding cake that they'd ever tasted.. some guests even tried to take others' slices! They made the whole planning and tasting process super easy and were very flexible on our availability, given that we were planning our wedding from out of state. The discussion that we had in planning the design was not stressful at all and it came out even more beautiful than we could have imagined! We'll definitely recommend them to anyone else looking for cakes or sweets!

I only write a review to rave about my favorite spots, but I'll make an exception for the Chocolate Carousel. I am truly disappointed with their execution and customer service. Our wedding cake design was not what we ordered. Our anniversary cake (which we paid $25 for) did have the correct design but wrong ingredients. When the issue was raised we did not receive a call back and after finally speaking with someone we were told that we were incorrect. What?! We only used this bakery because it was affiliated with the venue, I strongly suggest avoiding using their services. Plenty of other good bakeries in the area.

I got my groom's cake and wedding cake from Chocolate Carousel and I can't say enough about the quality of their cakes! By far, the best tasting cake I've ever had. I got the moist, yellow cake with rasperry filling an whipped cream icing. Rose gold was my theme color and they matched the icing trim to the exact color. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but Chocolate Carousel for you next event!

My wife and I cannot put into words how pleased we were with our Wedding cake and cookie favors we ordered.
Lisa and her team are to be commended. Our guest along with my wife and I have never tasted a wedding cake so good and the design was outstanding.
The cookie favors were such a success and tasted so good.
From the time we went into meet to order we knew from our first encounter that we were in the right place. Lisa treated us as if we were family.
If you want something done right DO NOT HESITATE TO USE CHOCOLATE CAROUSEL!!!!!

We first experienced this shop when we dsigned our cupcake tower for our wedding and it was everything we asked for! The service was amazing and helpful and we were able to have our one BIG red velvet cupcake as our topper! Everything is delicious and worth every penny. This past week we had our one year anniversary cupcakes which were only $25.00! We relived our wedding night and the experience has been non stop phenomininal. Also a great staff that is convenient, patient, and overall kind! We love this place!

We got our wedding cake here and it was delicious and beautiful! The cake came with our venue price and we were so extremely satisfied. We received nothing but complimented on presentation and taste!
I also ordered a game of thrones grooms cake and it was so cool! My husband loved it and I was blown away by how creative it was! The grooms cake was red velvet. So yummy!response / report this review -

I can't say enough great things about the Chocolate Carousel. Our wedding venue partnered with them for our wedding cake and sent us for a tasting. It was a great time and every cake we tried was amazing. I made it so difficult to chose the actual cake flavors. We enjoyed the tasting options so much that we ordered a cake for our rehearsal dinner also. The decoration of my wedding cake was beautiful and looked exactly as we imagined it would. We plan on using them for all out cakes in the future and cant thank them enough for the prefect wedding cake.

Fantastic sweet shop, delicious cakes and the nicest owners. They do fun events like wine and chocolate and cake decorating classes. A must stop if you are in the area!

Horrible cake design. I tried to speak to someone about the design and left a message with someone. Nobody called me back or responded to email. If you have your heart set on a design don't go here.

Cannot wait to see our wedding cake! The tasting was amazing!! Everything tasted fresh!! We had such a hard time deciding which cake and icing combos as there are many that taste amazing together!
