Susi was delicious but the egg drop soup is served under cooked. The waitress Lynn acts as if she would rather not serve you while your dinning or at checkout. After 20 years of enjoying this resturant the service has gone down and the soup aa well.

Love this restaurant. They have a wide variety of Asian food not just Chinese. My particular favorite are their braised wings or their pad Thai. Their sushi is off the hook as well. Their general tsos chicken is also a favorite recommended by yelp. If you're hungry while strolling down the belt line, I suggest you come by. It's located at the ford factory lofts.

Food is mediocre at best. Not crowded, can see why. Car was booted even though I was a customer and show the receipt. Don't go to Ford Factory loft. This place is a fraud. They will boot your car, even if you are a customer and will only accept cash as payment.

While I DO love this place and their options, the delivery guy today in a Red Honda FIT was awful!!!!!!!!!!! As he arrived to my location he didnt see me. I began walking toward him and noticed he place our orders on the ground. When asked if he knew how unsanitary it was he replied with an ATTITUDE "IT'S IN A BAG!" and continued to get smart. I explained that we were in the HEART of downtown and I didnt care if it was in a bag or in the country, IT IS STILL UNSANITARY!!! He then snatches his ink pen and while driving off he began yelling negative remarks out the window.

While explaining the situation to the manager, she said "WELL HIS HANDS WERE FILLED" Didn't offer an apology, no compensation, NOTHING!!!!!! LAST TIME EATING THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not too impressed with the meal. It was a nice spot though and seemed clean from a look and sit down. Might try it again and try something a bit more filling.hahaha. Does have a little price to it as well. Though i do know what comes with walking into a place to try out the cuisine. So ill leave the review here.

Whenever I am in the mood for Egg-Foo Yung, Chin Chin II is where I go to get it. Although not seasoned, the egg omelets are huge and stuffed with whatever you desire. Recently, I desired shrimps and it was wonderful. The shrimps were medium sized and not over cooked. I love adding sauces as flavor enhancers mainly soy and crushed red pepper oil. The onions were a little crunchy and the green scallion was a lovely garnish. I also enjoyed the Fried Pork Egg Rolls which were nice and crunchy along with the sweet and sour dipping sauce. Afterwards, I still had enough leftovers for three more meals. The service is always top-notch and the waiters are very attentive to your needs.

The staff was very friendly and extremely responsive. When it came time the food the results were mixed. Half of us liked our dishes and half of us just thought the food was okay. We will give the place another try. Additionally I thought the final tab was a bit high for everyday Chinese food. On the other hand portion sizes were large.

DO NOT GO HERE! Food was terrible. Ate one bite and it made me sick. Returned the food and they never asked if I wanted something else. Never apologized for the food being disgusting. nothing. Never came back to the table or said thank you for coming. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. EVER! Wish I could give this place negative stars
