John, from the bar, is a really great server.. he knows the menu and helped with my husband's choice of item with his tomato allergy.. the kitchen staff did a great job handling his food as well! The food was very tasty with just enough zing for me. Thank you all for a nice experience!! We will definitely return, when in the area 😁

Great service tonight it’s been off in the past but the crew tonight was awesome hey all payed close attention to the tables filled drinks for tables that were theirs took plates and really worked as a team

I love chili's but this location does not know how to cook a steak. Asked for medium rare and I got medium well at best. Not to mention something was wrong with my meal. I had stomach pains before even leaving the restaurant. I'm 28yo and food has never went through me that quick before.

You can't ever go wrong with this place. The staff is always friendly, your food is always hot and fresh. The bartenders are very attentive and always willing to make suggestions. It's usually crowded so be ready to wait a bit, but that in itself should say enough. I like their curbside service as well, it's organized and well managed, which is why I enjoy it so much.

Worst experience I have ever had at a chili's. They were out of making and were using the small thin bar napkinsthe place was empty but yet the staff had a hard time keeping up. Food was horrible and 2 of us left with barely touching the food. The food seemed like it was microwaved and no longer prepared there.

What I wanted was the Margarita Chicken on Mexican rice and black beans what I got was 3 small and thin strips of burnt chicken.

I love Chili's, but this is a huge disappointment. I guess that's what happens when you order to go. They throw whatever they want in your containers hoping you don't pay attention until after you left. Get all the way home and realize the only way to rectify the situation is drive all the way back across town.

I really wish I could post pictures I just opened the container of my Mexican rice, and it was literally less than quarter of the cup full.

I did not enjoy my experience at this location. I was with my in laws,husband, and two kids. We were sitted and had to wait at 10 minutes for our waiter to acknowledge us and take our order. The waiter we had was very rude. He didn't really say hi or how are you just went straight to what we wanted to drink. He had no manners what so ever. He's didn't say yes mam or yes sir. When our drinks were brought he didn't ask if we were ready to order he just left them and went to another table. It then took him an additional 15min to acknowledge us and take our order. Once the order was taken he didn't come back to the table till our food was ready. He didn't check on us or ask if we needed refills at all. I will not be coming back to this establishment.

Horrible. Stuck our large ish family in the middle of a jam packed section. Waitress wasnt attentive at all. App was cold. She wouldnt remove empty plates until we requested food took for ever to get to us and it wasnt very goos. Waitress set a "hot" skillet down in front of a small child. I say "hot" because it should've been hot queso dip but it was cold. Just horrible

Have had great times and bad times here. Service is typically very good, but have had my order taken incorrectly a few times. Will definitely still go back.

Usually I absolutely enjoy eating here but today I order online to pick it up and eat at-home so my husband could eat in a timely manner before he had to go to work. My whole order was wrong. I'm highly disappointed and will not be coming back for awhile.

Went in yesterday and had a HORRIBLE experience. My waitress spoke to us ONE TIME and it was to get our order. No other words said! The manager brought our food and I sat for about 15 minutes waiting for my check while she walked past and said NOTHING. Meanwhile I watched her talk and service other tables. Eventually I stopped another server to ask for a box and I paid on the handheld table scanner and left. Again she said nothing as we all got up and ready to leave. I would suggest everyone to NEVER NEVER NEVER go here. Restaurants with this rude of staff do not deserve business.
