We have with Children's Health partner's since the birth of our son in 2009. We usually see Dr. Scherer for all our well visits (now we have 3 children) but have been seen by all the doctors during various sick visits. They are great, take time to listen to your concerns, and have provided excellent care for my children. I really like that your entire visit is done by a doctor, instead of mostly by a nurse and then the doctor comes in for a few minutes at the end. Nursing staff and front desk staff are great as well!

we LOVED our time at childre s health partners. THE doctors always took there time and genuinely seemed to care about my daughter's. We just moved out of state and after going to my first appt at the new peditiricians office it couldn't be more clear how absolutely wonderful everyone at the office there truly was. They will be missed!

The doctors are fine but oh my lord - the front staff is HORRIBLE!!! This should be so embarrassing for whoever owns/manages the office, but they don't seem to care! The front staff never smiles and always seems to have an attitude! Also, they are VERY impersonal! How unprofessional and unwelcoming!!! Do not recommend!

The staff seems to be just interested in misleading patients. Making an appointment is a pathetic experience. Complete Chaos!!

I was satisfied with this practice for several years. The office grew dirty, and the staff quite rude and impersonal over time. Making appointments became a ridiculous procedure. We realized, after being model patients for years, no one knew us. After talking with many friends, realized it was futile and foolish to stay. A hassle to transfer records, I wish I had chosen a better practice from the start! They may have been good in 2004, but no more.
