Big wings, decent hotdogs. Usually no wait although it can get busy during peak times. Nothing fancy. You can watch the cooks make your food, so that's a plus.

It might be for some people but it's just not for me. I love Italian Beef but I didn't quite love theirs. The dip was just not what I was looking for.

This is a awesome place been going here for years every time work or pleasure takes me near Chicago Delights. Best Italian Beef sandwich this side of Chicago. And the people running this place are friendly and the place is spotless.

New hours and great food. Most of the food is still the same but the new hours make a huge difference. I love it, the Italian Beef is AMAZE, and it's perfect for a quick fix when you're starving.

I tried this for the first time, and it was ok. I had a chilli cheese dog and fries. Probably would have enjoyed more if the hot dogs were grilled.

Growing up in Chicago I know what a beef should taste like. I would never feed this to my kids, just Iike the other reviewer said, this is probably one of the worst beef sandwich I've ever had. No flavor, bland and boring, nothing like the flavors back home. This place makes portillos seem like a 5 star restaurant. If your from Chicago and you stop here, get ready to get disappointed, biggly.

Awful. Had the Italian beef and it had no spices or flavor at all. The most tasteless beef sandwich ever! Being from Chicago I know the real thing and this was the worst I've ever had! Plenty of better choices for Chicago hot dogs and beef sandwiches in this area. Very disappointing.

I had an Italian beef sandwich from this place twice, and it was so good. I went just now and this is what I got, a plane roast beef sandwich. I don't like roast beef, it's called Italian for a reason it's have it's own way of cooking. I'm so disappointed, worked 8hrs of cleaning house just wanted an Italian beef and a beer. Now I have to go back listen to the excuse, and still find something to eat, so sad😖. So I just took my sandwich back, the guy with the full beard, got a nasty attitude didn't try to accommodate in anyway just handed me my money and told me not to come back WOW here is the customer service at. Will he won't have to worry about me coming back, with that been said I wish you luck on this place better not enjoy food, if so you will not be welcome back. All that after a hard days work
