While deployed, I purchased a 2011 Chevy Silverado from Cheap for $28k based on a good condition used car rating. They stated only minor things wrong with the vehicle. They also stated all tires needed replacing and they'd "throw that in for me." The vehicle was shipped and awaiting my return home from the Middle East. The vehicle had been in front end collisions and the body was repaired, but it was not safely driveable due to a completely worn and broken front end, rear thrust angle correction, and TIRES worn from the ridiculous steering/suspension problems (of which only two of the four promised were swapped). Letters and words were scratched into the paint of my bed and covered by a wax or scratch treatment for the sale. I am thousands into repairs with more on the horizon. Thanks Cheaps for your impeccable service to a military setvicemember.

I was dealing with Robert BRewer ,the business management specialist, about a used truck that was posted on Auto trader. Since I lived about 5 hrs away I asked him if he could check and see if the vehicle was as nice as the pictures made it out to be. It was an older truck but the miles were low. He acted like they had so much inventory that he was not familiar with it ,and I assumed that perhaps he had numerous lots and were a huge business.he reassured me that it was a trade in and that they are checked over at that time and anything that was bad was wholesaled and that they would not ruin they're reputation by putting a bad car on they're lot. I googled them in the maps and noticed that they had a service center, so I asked him if he could have it out on the hoist and make sure there want allot of rust that it didn't leak oil ,that the AC worked and that there was no check engine light on. he again told me the same.so being under 3 hrs away for a wedding I decided to head down with the family. I made arrangements and he said that he would not be there but others would serve me. I got there the truck was about 15 to 20 steps from the sales office and it leaked and burned oil AC didn't work and it had allot of rust. I guess that he was hoping that I didn't know anything about cars. Wasted my time and money for something that could have been told me if he was honest. I have worked in the Auto industry for approx 7 years of my life. And that vehicle is only there in hopes that some person who has no idea will buy it. Very disappointed and I told the other salesman who I was dealing with so.

Cheaps Chevrolet was easy to deal with. I believe I got an excellent deal and I received almost what I wanted for my trade in.
The folks were honest and fun.
The facility needs some help BUT I believe that is reflected by lower pricesthe buyer is not paying for a fancy showroom.
I drove over 200 miles to make this purchase and am really glad I did.

Best customer service! Honest people and great cars!

Buy from Cheap Chevrolet. Unbelievable service! My husband and me (7 months pregnant) with our 2 toddler children drove from Ohio to Kentucky to purchase a minivan at another dealership nearby. They completely disappointed us! Tired and heartbroken but not wanting to return back to Ohio without a minivan, I searched on my phone and found Cheap Chevrolet. Luckily, they had the exact minivan we were looking for so we drove another 30 miles there. And their service was just unbelievable. Joe was our salesman. They made our children feel right at home. Everyone was so friendly and it felt as if God wanted us to buy our vehicle from them. They made a lasting impression on our family. If we ever need a car again, we will call Cheap Chevrolet first before anywhere else. Thank you so much! God bless you!
