The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even helped load the bike on the trailer and made sure I had it strapped down correctly. I would highly recommend this company.

This company like to pretend they are private owners on Craigslist. You contact them about a harley and they try to sell you a ninja.

Decent selection of stuff for the size of place, but customer service was non existent. I seen three people working and no one said a word to me. They were talking about dating and someone who is a heroin addict.

The staff is not friendly and extremely unorganized. They feel their customers are a nuisance. They don't want to show you any bikes and don't want to let you make an offer on a bike until you see it despite what it says online. They act like they don't need your business and they really don't care if they get it or not.just don't bother them.

I went to racers edge to purchase a motorcycle with cash in hand, very motivated buyer because the season is coming up. I was sent to the back lot to look at more available bikes when their own bike mechanic offered to sell me his motorcycle. Come to find out 4th gear is out and requires a transmission rebuild when I was sold a "great running bike". May not reflect on racers edge themselves but the employees they trust to give you what you ask for.

So far so good. Put a bike on hold via wire transfer, quick responses, receipt same day as transfer was made, ect ect. Overall service has gone above and beyond. You have to consider the volume racers edge deals with because of their awesome hold policy. Can't wait to pick up my bike!

I hope that I won't have a problem with you guys.
I bought the bike , I make all the payment and I schedule and call you guys a week before I pick up(schedule at my job to have the day off with pay $250 that now I have to take anyway) and then I call again 2 days before I make the trip.
So 3 hours later after the second call to you. You guys find out the something wrong with the title!!!!!response / report this review
